They gouge you: they charge $1.00 for using your debit card and a $3.50 service charge. the total bill included the pizza and service charges (15.99 + $1.00 + $3.50), +hst on the total. The bill states that gratuities are not included. After tipping the delivery person, my pizza cost over $26. Not a happy customer!

Well done does not mean burnt! I brought the pizza home only to find out they burnt the heck out of the pizza! I wonder the person who put the pizza in the box even cared what the customer is getting! 👎

The pizza could be good but they always screw our order up every time. There's ALWAYS 1 topping that's missing. This is the second time now. They should check the order carefully.

After several years of lukewarm service (often late, often wrong toppings, and often poorly cooked -- i'm not sure why we kept going back), they decided that the same location would no longer serve our street as it was south of a main road, regardless of the fact that a) our street is maybe south 10 meters of the main road at most, and b) they used to provide service to our area with no issues. We will gladly take our business elsewhere.
