Pizza Salvatoré

Normally I wouldn’t leave a review but unfortunately the quality has gone down greatly over the last few months. 7 out of my last 9 orders had mistakes, normally just the extras that were forgotten. Money wasted but it’s still edible so whatever. But tonight my food was just straight up undercooked after waiting almost an hour when i live like 4 minutes away. The food is still good when they get it right, however unfortunately they don’t get it right very often anymore. Won’t be ordering again for awhile :/

Atrocious service. I was feeling really good about this company having never tried it before. Ordered online with an estimated delivery of 9:05pm. 9:50 rolls around so I call to inquire and am instantly hung up on, nobody even answers the phone at the customer service center. Tried 3x before reaching a person who told us to wait another 10 minutes and then call again. We wait until 10:10 and then call again to be transferred to the individual restaurant. Once transferred and explaining the situation the store promptly hung up on us. Pizza was finally delivered at 10:22 by a very confused delivery person who tried to have me pay a second time for the order. After showing my proof of payment he handed me a $10 voucher for the wait and wished me a good night. Pizza was mediocre and only slightly warm upon arrival. I will add we live only down the street from the restaurant 800 meters.

Worst pizza ever rather eat cardboard tbh - convinced the ratings are from bots.

The food was delicious. We were very impressed with the pizza! Can’t rate the atmosphere as it was delivery. The only issue we experienced was that we only got one of the two poutine we ordered, but we didn’t check the bag until after the delivery driver had left. Even so, we would definitely order again, especially for the pizza.
