McDonald's

Absolutely disappointing experience.nnThe ice cream machine was, once again, “magically” out of order. At this point, it’s becoming a running joke rather than a believable excuse.nnThe wait time was excessive even for regular menu items, despite there not being any obvious reason for such a delay. What should have been a quick stop turned into a frustrating wait.nnTo make matters worse, several employees appeared to be speaking Vietnamese among themselves while working, laughing and carrying on conversations. Customers who speak either French or English were left feeling ignored and unable to understand what was being discussed. In a customer service environment, clear communication with customers should be a priority.nnOverall, poor service, long waits, and a lack of professionalism made for a very disappointing visit. I won’t be rushing back.

This restaurant does not offer free drink refills. I recommend choosing a different location.

Cool employees but Way too many tweekers

Everything about that particular mcdonald is horrible , not a single time they got my order right uber eats or in person. If i could give less than a star I would. Horrible horrible horrible. They made me throw money in the trash. They dont anderstand anything when you order , they keep giving you the wrong food. When I order the fries taste like plastic like they made them 4 hours ago everything is cold and dry. Horrible place.

Say’s 24hr but they turned me away and said they were closed untill 4:30am at 3:30 am
