Worst customer service I have ever seen! I called 3 times because my order was not delivered. The woman who answered my call was impudent, replying "yes, you called 2 hours ago, so what? Just wait and you'll receive your order!". Finally I cancelled it after 3 hours and the woman said that they were cooking the meal! I was tempted to ask her if they were killing the beef before cooking it, to explain how long it takes to prepare the food! She didn't offer any explanation nor apologies. Bad service is probably on the menu every day.
