People were friendly. Cleared off dishes promptly. Able to be seated immediately. Food available in the buffet line as needed.

The service was AMAZING! The assistant manager could not be topped. He was kind, caring, respectful, hard working, and genuine in his love of service to our group. I would be very proud to have a person of his character in my family and/or a co-worker.

I occasionally work in Algona, and like to come to this Pizza Ranch for lunch when I get free in time (lunch buffet closes at 1'30). Experience is fairly consistent with other Pizza Ranch restaurants I've visited. I like the salad bar and chicken the best.

I'm not particularly fond of their pizza, but they easily have the best buffet line in town, especially their salad bar. Table service depends entirely on whose working, but is usually at least decent if not great. A loottt of pizza options and you can request, consistently comes to you in a reasonable amount of time.
