THE BEST Long Johns and KFC I have ever been. The food is ALWAYS fresh and hot. The owners/managers are polite and friendly. We go every time we get a chance to get to Algona.

Cashier Brant Karels seemed disinterested in providing "customer service", seemed bothered by doing his job.

Totally unprofessional staff. Out of chicken of all things. Manager blames everyone else for problems even though she was running the kitchen.

Its funny Long John Silvers gets better ratings than KFC. Its the same place I don't get understand. Never really liked LJS because of the menu not the quality . But both are working together so the rating is the same right?. But because of KFC there's a profit and this place is always busy.
