KFC

Decent food but service is HORRIBLE!!! Sooooooooo freaking slow, sat at the ordering speaker for 5 mins after being told "hold for one moment please" asked for extra ketchup and not only did I not get extra, I didn't get any! Don't waste your time. I almost forgot to mention, after sitting at the speaker for 5 min I sat at the window for another 25 mins waiting on my order. Fast food my ass! Applebee's is fast than this

Horrible service. Rude employee. Not enough employees. Customers had to go digging through cupboards to find lids, silverware, etc. Chicken was overcooked.

Place needs work they were not busy and all the tables were dirty. No paper towels in the ladies room, toilet paper was a huge roll on back of toilet no holder.

Worked in Algona and frequented all the restaurants in the small town at least 2 to 3 times. Ate a this KFC 2 times a week and never had a bad meal. Did notice there drive thru was always busy and there was a wait but isn't that a good thing. Inside was never spotless but again this KFC was always busy and always shorthanded but most of the fast food places in Algona had the same problems. Lived in town for 7 months and was always more than satisfied with the meals I ordered.
