I think it might depend on who is on staff based on past experience, but my most recent experience is excellent.  Check out the pic, they didn’t skimp on any toppings and the care in which they were placed is obvious.  Lack of grease on the box is also impressive. Counter guy was very welcoming and professional. It’s not the best pizza you’re ever going to have, but for the price and the fact that they didn’t try to short me on toppings, this is highly recommended. Nicely done Pizza Pizza Hollandview Aurora.

We ordered pizza from here for the first time tonight and were very pleased. The pizza was perfect and they are very polite and friendly. We’re happy to know that we found a great place to order from!

I ordered a custom pizza the first time and it came perfect. This is my third order and it comes with all the cheese on topo of everything and no cheese under over sauce I both second and this last onethird order I ordered the same pizza and with a message to  put all cheese under other toppings but it keeps coming on top of everything!!!! I did not order an inverted pizza! As If the staff read the instructions in the order. The customer service does not answer the phone!! Don’t buy this pizza if you want a custom made order!!

I always come here for late night pizza craving. Super friendly staff.

Over cooked at the bottom, dry and tasteless. It will take special skills to make a pizza this bad. If you pay 3-4 toppings pizza and just want double the cheese, that will cost you extra. No paper plates available, they run out.

We like this Pizza Pizza location. Never too busy. Pies get ready in about 15 mins. Both gluten-free and regular dough pizzas taste pretty good, as in above average for pizza chain outlet. Chicken bites always come light-golden in colour - an indication of fresh oil in the deep fryer.  Place itself is kept clean, and run by guys who keep interactions very business like. Just perfect when all I want is to come, get my pie and get out as quickly as possible.

I should give zero star if I could. We ordered the pizza many times with the same store and never had any issues but this time as we ordered as usual, I received the phone call from pizza pizza to confirm my order saying store wanted to make sure we had a right topping just BS which I confirmed it and the guy who called hang up. we got in store but not only pizza wasn't ready but also the guy working in pizza store said unless we pay now he is not going to make a pizza and he mentioned that the rules changed two weeks ago after new owner took over the place. The guy was very unprofessional, I believe problem is new owner manager and has to be addressed. Anyway I spoke with Head office and supervisor said she is going to look into it.

I wish I could put 0 star review. This place really sucks now, 2 months ago I went to this place and it was very good, the food was good and service was good. Today I went and the service was AWFUL. They charged me extra for things they didn't tell me about over the phone. The cashier was terribly rude and it disgusted me how much this place changed. I demand free pizzas or else I will never go to this pizza pizza again

It’s pizza pizza what do you expect, the guy here is nice but we had two pizzas with wings. 1 pizza with regular toppings and another with the Cauliflower crust and vegan toppings...that was as it sounds not that great..maybe with normal cheese but that pizza tasted like an old frozen pizza just meh..wish they could improve their pizzas, 3 stars because service was good and wings were ok.
