Pečeme ji na bukovém dřevu v peci z Neapole. Vyfouklé a místy tmavé okraje jsou pro neapolskou pizzu. It our pleasure to bake traditional Naples-style pizzas for you. Probably the best place in Prague for Italian cuisine! Part of Ambiente concept. For dinner make sure to have a reservation. We spent there easily 3 hours. Tasted all kind of pizzas and pastas. At the end do not forget to get this AMAZING vanilla ice ball with pistachio covered in chocolate! Love it!
The girl who greeted us at the door looked super annoyed, like she didn’t want to be there. She also got in a verbal fight with some customers that arrived after us. The waitress who was taking care of our table was actually super friendly and nice. The pizzas were delicious even though the dough was quite chewy. They also took long time to bring them but they were warm and tasted good enough. The Greek salad that we ordered was everything else but not a Greek salad. It would be nice if they actually stick to the original recipe of the salad. Overall, the place is not anything special but it’s good enough to get a meal for a decent price in the city center.
The atmosphere is very nice in a modern interior. Food is very tasty and corresponds to a bit higher price. One of nicer restaurants jn Prague, you definitely won’t be ashamed for inviting someone here.
It was ok. The staff are good and the vibes / decor inside are really good but I didn’t think the pizza was particularly special. The crust was nice but the rest of the pizza was limp / soggy and wet. It’s not cheap so I’d hoped for more. The tots on the side were unreal though. Best part of the meal!
Really good, authentic Italian food. Highly recommend doing the tasting menu. They will come by every 5 minutes with different food options that you can accept or deny and you eat until you're done. Some highlights from the tasting menu: pasta with spinach pesto, any of the pizzas, pasta ragú, pasta carbonara, and pasta all'amatriciana.
Absolutely delicious! Both myself and my partner were blown away by the pizza and the desserts, and I couldn't get enough of the wine. Lovely aesthetic too, very cosy. Will be returning here the next time we're in Prague!
The place is upstairs, so not so easy to find at the entrance of Kotva in front of Palladium. But definitely worth it. Spacious interior, good food. Prague ham pizza, mozzarella mezzaluna
The best pizza I have ever had. If someone thinking about visiting this place it definitely worth it to spend some money there. We had Neapol menu and it was absolutely delicious and fantastic experience. Thank youFood: 5/5
Very yummy, but a bit expensive. Location is huge, waitress arrived quickly and food was served in no time. We had the pasta frutti di mare. Not so much, but really addicting. Pizza was soft and is a thing of preference. We like it a bit crunchy, but it was still yummy.
Best Pizza in Prague! We found this place mentioned in a foodie article, and were pleasantly surprised to learn that Pizza Nuova is among the 50 best pizza places in the world! Thankfully the article was right, and we were completely blown away by the pizzas - Bufalina pizza, Capriciosa & Margherita pizza. Service wise the place ran like clockwork with servers mulling around constantly vigilant of their customers needs. They were ever so kind to put a large "candle" on a extremely delicious tiramisu to celebrate a birthday we had in the group. The pizza itself was fluffy, chewy & crispy as well as creamy, full of flavor & was by no means dry or crumbly. Would recommend for large groups or families looking to have a good meal in the city centre. Only thing to add - Don't get dissuaded by the entrance which looks a little shady, it's a lovely clean place with delicious food!
