This place was a pleasant find for us! We ordered the veggie burger with sweet potato fries, the chicken pesto sandwich with onion rings and California avocado chicken sandwich with fries - all were delicious! They have a varied menu; from omelettes to waffles to French toast to sandwiches. They also have a decent kids breakfast or lunch menu, with good portions. The location is clean, the staff is friendly and the quality of food is good. Only negative was that the calamari was a tad overcooked - but we liked the breading and Thai sauce it came with.
It feels amazing when you walk into a place which calls itself a diner that has the same feel- checkered floors, bright colored seating and quick service! I had gone here with a friend and we were short on time since we had to head out quickly. As soon as we were seated a kind server took our order and served us some water. Within a span of 10-12 minutes both our breakfasts were there and they tasted so good! Our experience overall was fantastic. It is a must visit spot if you're in Aurora.

I was a little worried about the huge menu, as most diners tend to have. But I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered coffee, of course, and the chicken club with fries. The coffee was diner coffee. Strong, a bit of a burnt taste. The fries were SO crispy and I think had a little spice. Excellent. The sandwich was delicious. Bacon cooked perfectly. A nicely seasoned chicken breast. Fresh veggies. Very good. I plan to return and try a breakfast. Do recommend.
We tried Bunchberry Diner for the first time tonight. We ordered the French onion soup, the Bunchberry Liver, the Seafood Angel Hair & the Rainbow Trout. All were fresh and very flavourful. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!
Friendly staff. Ordered the smoked salmon Benedict and apple cobbler. The eggs and hollandaise sauce were done to perfection . The smoked salmon was cooked, but would be better if not cooked to preserve the more delicate texture and flavours. The apple cobbler is good. The filing is well done and saucy.
Updated: came back two more times but both times the place was understaffed. Weekday mornings we stood at the entrance for 5 mins with no one greeting or seating us. Although they can clearly see us waiting. Sadly won’t be going back again. Traditional diner style breakfast. Reasonably priced, friendly service and speedy. Food tastes better than it looks. Nothing fancy but also can’t go wrong. For it’s location, parking is quite convenient.
The five star rating reflects the fact that this is a typical diner. It's obviously not a five star restaurant but among diners it is a five star. Excellent traditional two egg breakfast comes with superb home fries. Superb service as well.
The staff were amazing! The service was excellent!The food was great.The coconut shrimp was also really good, they were perfectly cooked and crispy but not rubbery at all, they were perfect. I was there with my family today. The pandemic didn't take anything away from their service ... Which is always top notch. The potion sizes were more than generous. Overall great experience! If you want a great place to eat, gather with friends, family or just enjoy quite time with great food and a relaxed atmosphere,Bunchberry Diner is it!If you haven't already, try it! you won't be disappointed.We would definitely go there again. Highly recommended!
Finally got to go to bunchberry diner after the province reopening, havnt been here since previous owners. I’m happy to report that it was amazing! Everybody loved their food, a great classic breakfast place that every town needs. I got the Turkey club and it was one of the best I’ve had, absolutely loved it, home fries were amazing too. Service was great and friendly, waitress was perfect. Highly recommended.
