Pizza Nova

Pretty good pizza place to go near campus and for a reasonable price. They get you the pizza quick for a great taste. Great place to pick up and take your pizza with you but they still have adequate room for you and anyone else that wants to eat their pizza in the shop.

One amazing incident here last year. I was out with some friends and we had somehow collected a group of guys in our travels. I went in to get pizza & one of the guys followed he was persistent in efforts to get me to exchange info with him / bring my friends to his house. Creepy, no thanks. He mentioned calling an uber & that the pizza was taking a long time. It took so long that his uber began to charge him for waiting time & he gave up & left while I insisted on waiting for the pizza (that he insisted on paying for). Turns out the man working that night had overheard the entire situation & purposely took extra time making our pizza & even upped it from a med to an xl because of the waiting time. Truly a gem of a human.

Poor customer service, was expecting way better for a good franchise tbh I kind of wish they took care of customers a bit faster instead of acting like there’s no one waiting

Worst service ever. I walked in today and the employee was busy watching NBA on their phone, despite me repeatedly saying "Excuse me" to get the employee's attention, they did not listen, so I walked right out. Ya girl just wanted some chicken wings smh

Stupid idiots put a "Closed for Cleaning" sign on their door on St. Patrick's Day at some random hour, just when I journeyed out into the cold to get myself some food. Screw you guys, I'm gonna shop at a different pizzeria for the rest of my term here in Waterloo. Yet another thing to be glad about when graduating: being as far away from you terrible people as possible.
