Pizza Hut

Took almost 2 hours to get my order. You could tell that they didn't even leave the pizza under a lamp it was so cold. No heat coming from the box at all. They also screwed up the wings. I wanted buffalo deliciousness, and was instead greeted with honey garlic disappointment. (I checked the bill to verify this wasn't a user error on my part.) Last time I ordered from them was even worse. I ordered a meat lovers and philly pizza, and they mixed and matched the toppings and crust on the wrong pizza. So I got meat lover toppings on the philly crust and Alfredo, and Philly cheese steak toppings on a the crust with the marinara. When I called to complain, The manager admitted the pizza was made an hour before I got it, but said I was lying about it being cold, and said, or its probably a little warm. seriously? This location is just the worst.

Worst experience ever. This place should deserve 0 stars. I wanted to give this location a try, and I ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas (my girlfriend and I are both vegetarians). When we got home with our pizzas, we realized after a couple bites that there was ham on the pizza. My girlfriend called to check the ingredients, and the manager named Mannu (Mandeep) insisted (with bad attitude) that I had ordered ham, which is impossible because we are vegetarians. We asked for the pizza to be remade and brought back the original pizza as well to show that we weren't taking advantage of them. When we asked for credit or discount for our inconveniences for driving back and forth, she said that she won't be charging us for the remake, and will give us 75cents back for the added ham charge. What's ridiculous is that she made the whole situation sound as though it was our fault and that she was doing us a service by not charging for the remake. She did not credit us for the original wrongly-made pizza that we had returned back to them.
