Don't let the looks fool you. If you want traditional Bhan Mi sandwiches then this is the place. Their bread is crunchy yet chewy and they put the right amount of everything. In my opinion the special is the best. I would have these sandwiches over any Subway sandwiches anytime. 
I don't live close to Guildford so when I am there I order a lot and have them the next day too.

I am happy we found this small franchise location. It doesn't have all the things the Vancouver location has, but it does offer the special sandwich and that's mostly what we buy anyway. Plus the lady that works there is super nice.

Don't make the mistake of thinking this is the same as the Vancouver Kingsway Ba Le. Baguettes weren't as nice, they didn't have meatballs, toppings were sparse, no roasted pork. One of my sandwiches was "marinated pork" which looked like sliced pork in the menu pic but what I got instead was some sauced up spam slices.
