Vlassis Greek Taverna

Was recommended by a friend. The location is unique to get to. The location is set back and need to follow the signage to get to the front door. Food was good. They had mixup with the order however they were quick to rectify it. I would eat here again.

Great food and the staff is very friendly. It takes quite a long time to get the bill and pay during lunchtime as they do not seem to have a cash register and they are calculating the bill by hand for quite some time. Other than that it's very nice, and recommend it!

I called to make a lasagna order for pick up. I just wanted to ask the difference between the Vlassis style and regular and what was recommended. The lady rudely laughed at me and said she was Italian and refused to give her opinion. Despite her abrasive tone I decided to make an order of the regular lasagna. She asked me to hold and left me hanging. I hung up a few minutes later because she didn't return and decided that I will never try this place ever!!! You lose because of bad service. This incident happened at 4:50 pm, Dec 9 2017. The lady had a husky voice like she smokes too much. You can let her know that she lost you a Greek food loving customer that just moved to the area. Lifetime customers start with the first time you interact with them and if you read my other reviews, you'll see that I do frequent the places I like and never return the the ones I don't. You are the second restaurant I will be boycotting in my area because of poor service. With a plethora of good restaurants in the neighborhood I suggest that you try harder in the future to be pleasant. Feel free to shut down too, I'd welcome a different restaurant in your location as I live a few blocks away. Every time I pass I will have one word stuck in my head and that is a resounding "RUDE!" PS your name sounds like your ripping off a pickle company!

We go here for big family events. Staff and food is good. There’s also space around the tables which is nice for events like this.

This is my go-to for lamb chops. Exceptional every time. Excellent friendly service as well.
