Very sad to say this ruined our new years dinner. We are renovating our house so we can not cook at the moment, nor did we have the time to go out so we ordered pizza.. Big mistake. It was an hour late, burnt, way over cooked, not enough toppings, very gross.. the chicken bites were so cold they were nearly inedible
The worst Pizza Hut in BC, not sure if it's in Canada. I usually get Pizza Hut for quick meal in different cities, even in some small town in lower main land, they were better than this one. Almost 3 fingers wide crust, almost no cheese and topping. I must have bought a Hawaiian Bread. I know a quick meal sometimes is necessary on a long trip. But your vacation is ruined by a improperly made food, not worthy.
Pizza hut is usually my favorite,but this one is touch and go, skimpy on toppings at their new location, found the one on 27th to be much better in quality and quantity , went downhill since moving to Polson mall.
I don't like to leave negative reviews but.. this was just truly terrible pizza. Absolute waste of money. The wings were OK, but this pizza.. wow.. never again. So bad.
Typical American pizza. Nice service, but we had to wait a little bit at the beginning to order take away. Taste good and nice cheesy! Good place to go.

Have to look real close to see the cheese on this cheese lovers pizza. Crazy to think this is a $30 pizza. Sorry last time customer.
Terrible experience...we are very disappointed we were quoted 30 minutes and an hour and half later and multiple calls it shows up, we are sitting by window and see the driver, and we literally watch him drag the hot bag out of his back seat and just throw it to the ground so he can grab the single bottle of pop, so met him outside let him know we had seen itand heard impact from inside and would not be wanting it anymore, thank God for top choice pizza being quick with the save, huge raves to top choice
Ordered food at 530 and it's now almost two hours later and still no show. I called 15 minutes ago and after 4 calls with no answer they finally picked up to say they were 3 blocks away-still not here. Anyways, I understand it gets busy, I just wish the times they set are accurate when you order, I would've just cooked for my kids.
There's something special about these pizzas. It's sad to see the classic restaurant downtown shut down, but the new one in the Polson mall area captures the same flavor as before. It was easy to walk in, place an order for a couple of large pizzas and boneless chicken and have it ready to go within fifteen minutes. Of course, taking pizzas home means the drive back is the most delicious smelling ride ever. So be prepared to embrace the hunger.
