I am SHOCKED that this restaurant has an average of 4/5 stars, as in my opinion the restaurant is MEDIOCRE at best. We called early in the day to make reservations for a large group. Despite receiving confirmation in advance, when we arrived, staff could not locate the reservation in their reservation book. I ordered their spaghetti and meatballs with Bolognese sauce. It was AWFUL. When the dish came out, the plate was full of cold spaghetti, oily tomato sauce, three meatballs partially burned with charcoal on them, and it came with an excessive amount of processed cheddar cheese. There was NO mention of cheddar cheese on the menu. I informed the server about this poor dish when asked how I liked it. The server herself agreed the dish did not look appetizing at all. She did offer to bring me a replacement serving of the same. The customer service was HORRENDOUS. I then kindly asked the server to take the dish away, paid the full price for it, and left vowing to never return to any Boston Pizza EVER!!! I hope this location considers my feedback and makes the necessary improvements, otherwise I am certain the this “casual dining restaurant” will not be around for much longer.
I tried their Soup Special of the Day, Spicy Chicken Gumbo & their spicy perogie pizza. The soup was delicious & as far as spicy goes for the pizza, it gets my solid approval. I absolutely love spicy things & this pizza delivered without any reason to add more spicy condiments on. Which is something I typically do when eating out. The restaurant seemed busy & service was slow, but seemed they did the best they could under the circumstances; in truth, EVERYONE is short staffed. The waitress was very apologetic for the slower service & had a positive happy demeanor overall. I didn't mind the slower service as I was with family & it was a lovely visiting regardless of the wait. I know that BP will be more prepared as time goes on. I'll be back for sure!
Boston Pizza makes the absolutely best French Onion soup ever, rich in taste, thick in baked cheese. I also ordered a side of Casar & was happy with its size, taste, real bacon bits, & parmesan cheese, with It was a great quick stop for a delicious lunch!Food: 5/5
The food was very good here, we all rnjoyed our meals. Unfortunately the place was very dirty. Tables where just left messy and the floor was full of garbage. Service was ok.
Service always nice, cool, attentive. I visited twice and the food was quite different, first mushroom linguine was so good, but second time ravioli was so bad, there was no Poblano, sauce was bad disappointed.
Christmas party......our 1 server for 25 or so of us was amazing. She was pleasant and very efficient, not to mention having an incredible memory. The food was just fine and came out in a reasonable length of time. Tables were sticky and the rest room was out of paper towels. Overall it was good.
Had dinner last night for my grandmother's 96 birthday. There were around 16 of us. The service was good, server did great keeping up I felt. Restaurant wasn't too busy though. Good atmosphere to catch up with my cousins too, and meet their significant others. Just a welcome environment.Food: 5/5
Went in this afternoon, promptly greeted by the hostess, and seated immediately in a very quiet restaurant. Watched upwards of 3 different servers chat with a 2 top of guys who seemed like they were friends with the servers, and was not helped for a solid 10 minutes after being seated. Our table was in clear eye view of the 2 top that was being chatted to, so it was definitely known we had been seated. Walked back to the front counter, dropped the menus off and left. Not a word was said to us, or asked why we were leaving without eating. Went to a similar establishment in town that was just as quiet as far as guest count, and was seated and served in under 3 minutes.
Server did fantastic. Table of 13 with no mistakes, food was relatively quick and hot. The only downside was they were out of all Crispy Chicken, out of the to go cookies, and the men's bathroom had a toilet missing the tank lid, broken soap dispenser, and broken paper towel dispenser.Food: 5/5
Great service. ...I feeling kinda plain and decided to order their beef dip for something random. I was very surprised how exotic it appeared and the flavour was no less impressive. I've never had a beef dip that good. Maybe I just don't get out much.
