Sadly did not live up to all the online hype. Three of our four pizzas were over-baked and the cheese was a crusty top layer. Toppings felt lacking. But the menu choices appeared really good, only we didn’t end up enjoying them. The surf n turf pizza was new to us and a tasty combo, better than we expected!

The Jims special was delicious!! We were going to order from our usual dominos but decided to change it up. And now idk how we will ever go back. Yes it was more expensive but the quality and taste left us full and very satisfied!

I'll give them 5 stars even though there was a discrepancy between the online price and what they wanted to charge me. After a bit of frustrating back and forth, I got the pizza at the online price. I asked for a thin crust and it was crispy and tasty. I created my own vegetarian and it was really good! I like that they offer a plant based protein topping. I don't get pizza often and have been really disappointed in what I've gotten within the last 2 years. I would definitely get this pizza again. Very tasty, not messy. I love that the toppings go right to the edge.

Decent service and quality ingredients. I have become accustomed to pizza in Ontario which is prepared very differently to BC. It was a thicker crust and the toppings were covered by thick mozzarella. Flavour was good but it was a much heavier meal than we anticipated. I don’t recommend the cinnamon sticks. Dry ribs were good.

Best gourmet pizzas I've ever had. The amount of toppings they put on is just perfect. More then accommodating when I arrived earlier than when they were ready. By their customer service alone, it would make me want to go back, great friendly service. Highly recommend.

The pizza was delicious and the ladies working the front were super friendly however, she handed me the machine with a $2 tip already inputted. I didn’t notice until after I paid and she thanked me for the tip. The money isn’t the problem, it’s the fact that she tipped herself on her behalf.

This was not great we ordered some pizza and some drinks, and we ordered online, when we got there they said "the online order didnt go through" so that kind of upset us but we were willing to wait, after waiting around an hour we they kept saying a few more minutes but everytime they said that it was like 12 minutes until they gave us an update. Did not live up to my expectations. Edit: much better now, they gave us some free stuff like sauces 2 slices of pizza iced tea etc. But we still had to wait around 2 hours for some pizza.

Although the pizza was great, it took over an hour to get my order. I showed up after 30 minutes and was told "only another 5 or 10 minutes, we got slammed". After 45 minutes, they comped me a 2L of pop.... While I stood around I was also privy to 2 different conversations where the wrong orders went to the wrong houses... so maybe don't get delivery. Normally I try to be easy going but with a 4 year old and twin 18 month Olds waiting in the car, keeping on schedule was not important to them, but it was to me. So moral is, if you want great pizza and you're not in a hurry check them out. If your schedule is important, try somewhere else.

Super interesting menu options. The extreme Veggie was phenomenal and loved the heat in the buffalo chicken. Going again when I am in Vernon.Food: 5/5

The go to guy here is Shawn! He is very accommodating, very knowledgeable and very friendly. Food is always great at this store. Ask Shawn for recommendations and you won't regret them. Kudos! Keep it up!Food: 5/5
