"It is with great sadness that I make this announcement today.Our heavy hearts need time to rest and heal after the loss of our beloved Father. It has been a rollercoaster of emotions these past 3 years with the retirement of Tita's Italian Bistro in December of 2019, the sudden diagnosis of our Father's cancer directly following his retirement in January 2020, the sale of our Tita's building in December of 2021, the passing of our Father on April 20,2022 and now the retirement of our Little Italian Market & Deli May 2022.Little Italy Market & Deli would like to announce that we have decided to close our doors and retire early rather than later. We will remain open until June 3, 2022 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm."

Hidden gem!!!. A friend and i stopped in for gelato after her xray accross the street. I had their black cherry gelato and she had the dairy free raspberry both were exceptionally delicious. Great store with a variety of dry goods including fresh baked pizza and homemade gelato. We enjoyed the gelato in their out door seating area. They also have coffee, paninis and other treats available for purchase. Id highly recommend checking out if you're in the area! Update Sept 9 2019: friends in town from Italy came in and ordered pizza for take out to share. Pizzas were just ok, margarita pizza could have used more basil. The mushroom pizza could have had more mushrooms.
Little Italy has consistently delivered the best in quality ingredients in Italian food for over the past ten years. They always have access to the freshest toppings for their pizza's and sandwiches. The gelato and sorbetto flavors are quite refreshing in the spring and summer months. The patio is a lovely feature when the weather's nice. I have yet to try their coffee, I hope to soon !
Food is great. The price is right. Small little Italian Deli with great staff and food. You can also get ice cream at this place if you so choose, as well as fresh and dry pasta. Highly recommended.
Little Italy Market & Deli has everything you need to eat at home with class. Cindy helped us with the best Carbonara ever, by suggesting Guanciale pork cheek cured meat, Rummo pasta and Pecorino Romano. It was spectacular, thanks guys!
This is a yummy little place in Vernon with big, authentic taste. What a gem! Excellent dough for your make-at-home pizza yummy GF option too!, or eat freshly made, delicious pizza and salads right there in their little cafe! Outdoor seating is charming :
Ordered for my sisters birthday because she said it was her favourite pizza. We ordered pickup for 4:30, we arrived at 4:33 and the pizza was cold and soggy. Extremely salty, have plenty of water/drinks on hand to wash it down. My sister who comes here all the time and generally loves it, was very disappointed with her birthday dinner. Pretty frustrating considering we ordered ahead of time so we could pick it up hot n fresh. It was my first time having it but after this experience I definitely will not be back. Little Caesars $5 hot n ready is a million times better than this.
Little Italy is simply amazing, and I highly recommend this establishment! Fantastic, super fresh and delicious food; and their pizza dough is the best I have ever had! Their service was impeccable, and Cindy went above and beyond to help me with a large order from start to finish. Bravo for a job well done!! If you are looking for high quality authentic Italian food, then look no further, this is it!
Picture doesn't not do it justice. But boy oh boy, you want an unreal pizza?? You better check out little italy. 11/10.
As someone who has traveled extensively throughout Italy, I have tried 12 different pizza parlours in Vernon and this has by far the closest to an Italian tasting pizza. I like the plethora of vegetarian options. Italian style pizzas focus all on cheese, crust, and only a topping or two. Little Italy definitely hits the mark on the nose. Amythyst is a very pleasant cashier working behind the counter and definitely enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommend. I had no idea this place existed despite living here for 20+ years.
Great deli, pizzeria, specialty store. Traditional pizzas you won't want to miss.
