Dining in was great. We were given all disposable silverware, plates and cups. All of the seasoning packets were also disposable. The only thing that wasn't disposable was what the food was served on. This is a far stretch from what I'm used to with pizza hut growing up, but this seems to be the new norm post covid.
While $21.49 for 12 wings seems a bit pricey, everything was hot and delicious. The workers were very nice and helpful with getting take out boxes after we ate what we wanted.
I'm giving this place only two stars. I ordered the big box with wings and it DID NOT come with any dipping sauce. I asked for dipping sauce and was told, “ you have to pay for sauce”. I'm sorry what? I ordered wings and I have to pay extra for sauce? So, instead of trying to argue with the girl, I called corporate office and they did inform me I WAS supposed to get dipping sauce with my wings. The wings were undercooked and disgusting and I had to throw them out. I upgraded to cheese sticks and some of the sticks had cheese and others did not. The pizza itself was okay but nothing to get excited about. I'll stick with either Dominos or Papa John's from here on out. Thank you #PizzaHut for remaining me why I stop buying pizza from y'all.
First of all my order was late in arriving at my house. Was this Pizza Huts problem? NO WAY! It is hard to find help now-a-days and the restaurant only had 3 people able to work inside and just 2 delivery drivers....ALL ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. Kudos to all the employees of Pizza Hut at this time as I realize that with only 5 employees able to work it is NOT EASY by any means. I as a customer completely understand and will still be ordering from Pizza Hut in the future. GOD Bless.
I did not place a order that day when I called because of issues with my card BUT the order taker sorry I did not catch her name she was very pleasant and answered the questions I asked of her and we even laughed and joked about the amount of a 20 oz. and a 2 liter. Yes she was very knowledgeable and professional when speaking with me.

All of the associates here are the sweetest people you will ever meet, but huge shout out to Brittany working on 8/25 at 6pm!! My day was so hectic and my kids are driving me insane and she was so sweet and friendly on the phone and that simple act made my day so much better
Was at Belle tire and wanted to get lunch. Waiter happily told me the dining room was closed due to covid. I went right next door to subway and they eagerly took my order for indoor dining. Pizza hut using the covid excuse not to service their clients! Never going back there!!!
Great Customer Service! Food was excellent. : We love our Benton Harbor Pizza Hut for pickup or delivery. Thank You for dinner.
