We bought a 8 piece chicken dinner. Got it home and found the chicken was inedible. It looked like it had been sitting all afternoon. Completely dried out and tasted old. The biscuits were the same way.
Poor management! Do yourself a favor and skip KFC in benton harbor. If you're looking for fresh chicken, head over to popeyes. This kfc is just plain awful. The food ALWAYS looks and tastes like it's been sitting around all day. Soggy or dried out chicken. The sides are, at minimum, just as bad. Mashed potatoes with the gravy soaked in bc they've been sitting out pre made under the heat lamp. Coleslaw always tastes old. French fries soggy and floppy. Mac and cheese, so gross and slimy.
This place makes you pull up for EVERYTHING EVERY TIME. So there will be cars parked all along the building waiting for food because they’re on a timer and have everyone pull up just to get cold food. The guy at the window while I was waiting for my food for 10 mins came back and said “can you move? We’re on a timer” but there was nowhere else to go because everyone was waiting
This is the second time we went into order double downs, and they have not had enough to make three double downs at a time or they’re missing the bacon or the cheese and then I just ordered some nuggets that were so dry. I couldn’t even eat them an eight piece terrible. Terrible terrible always understaffed And the food is just not good. We need a KFC in a different location.
Came here with my bf on his lunch break. Ordered two mashed potato bowls.. get to the window, they ask us to pull up and wait. Sitting there for 25 minutes and watch 5 other cars pull off. He finally goes inside and they say they forgot about our order. Worst place in Benton harbor, by far.
Chicken was extremely salty! The grease needed changing. The sides were lukewarm at best. A huge letdown from what I'm used to from KFC! Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance.
I asked for tenders and fries ended up with legs and mash potatoes
Couldn't get the order right it's literally just fast food did 10 years in the restaurant industry and ran my own kitchen and this place could get the whole order right and what did come was half cold at best 10/10 would not recommend no wonder why they only have 3 stars
Fast and prompt service. Food was fresh and staff were very helpful.Food: 5/5
They ran out of tenders understandable so I ordered regular chicken. It was super soggy and SUPER SALTY. The biscuits were hard. They ran out of Mac and cheese understandable but then they forgot my mashed potatoes. It was like 40 bucks and the only thing edible was the fries. I'm not a picky eater or a complainer but yikes .. also the staff was friendly so I feel bad writing this.
