Second time ordering from here on Grubhub. 1st time was a disaster. Decided to give a second chance, but this time was no better. Food arrived cold. Gyro was over sauced & soggy photo. French dip sandwich had almost like ground meat & bread was smushed photo, & au jus dip sauce was forgotten. Only thing seemed to be okay were the drinks & chicken tenders. So disappointing.
I'm normally a huge fan of Arby's but this time it fell short of the normal. The staff was just short of rude, the food was not even warm despite the wait that would let one assume it was going to be hot. Over all the food even cold was better than most others so I will return just maybe to a different location.Food: 4/5
Very tasty as always. Fast and friendly as can be. Also still very clean from the looks of everything. I got the number 11 with a large shake and all is as advertised. Thanks for the good service.
All other restaurants in the area had limited items. This place was fast and had everything we asked for including milkshakes and turnovers. Got my bag of food and asked at the last minute for sauces and they they were already in the bag! They done read our minds!!!!
Food was well prepared and the staff was super nice helps if you’re nice by they way - in fact everyone we encountered in Benton Harbor and east of there where we stayed a few days were really nice down to earth people. It was also a more pleasantly diverse area we didn’t expect. Don’t let anyone tell you this is a “rough” part of Michigan. That’s just what racists say about areas where they are outnumbered by people of color.
Why are the order takers so rude?? For my Mac n cheese to be cold each time and they forget something each time they should be more humbled! As I waited for my order today,,, I didn't know this disturbed person had opened the drive thru window and was just standing there staring at me with a disgusted intolerable look on her face. When I tried to hand her my four dollars she wouldn't reach for it and started asking me what did I have and is this money for my order. These are the types of workers that will be mentally capable of working part time for shorter periods of time because they are socially and emotionally immature at this point. So, instead of getting upset I won't go back! By the way, this pic is disgusting. I'm not eating this!
Sat in drive thru for 20 min then we get order n it's wrong n cold. Then when we went in cause they forgot straws the worker acted like it was the worst thing to hand a straw over! Will Never visit that Arby's again, makes me think twice now.Food: 1/5
