As a former employee for Wendy’s I’m very disappointed in this location’s performance. This Wendy’s location has very bad customer service. Today, we went to order our lunch and was only able to order a baked potato before the cashier rudely told us our total. Unfortunately, we had 3 other items to order, but we took our business elsewhere. We also did not receive the sour cream and we requested extra salt and didn’t receive that either. The last time we went last week, the cashier rudely said that our 3 sandwiches was a lot of money and made a comment about how she doesn’t know who can afford that, which I found very disrespectful. Hopefully management eventually fixes their staff’s attitude before all of Benton Harbor finds out how disrespectful their staff really is.
Placed a curbside pickup order around 145. Got to the restaurant a couple minutes before 2 and checked in. By 2:30 I still hadn't received my order so I went in and lo and behold it was on the shelf just sitting there. As I left an employee started yelling at me as if it was not my food but seeing as I was going to be late getting back to work I continued on my way. Horrible customer service. Food was fine but cold.
Forgot to make coffee at 7am , no coffee, no coke, no strawberry lemonade or any flavor.. sad last 2 previous gave me wrong food, and 4 got to give me all my order. And choose orange Fanta and was gross..Food: 3/5
Wow! Is all I have to say! Stopped after doing some morning shopping ordered my meal quickly and went thru drive thru and heard arguing inside and then they practically threw our bad at us and slammed the window…. No wonder it’s always empty here smh
I just love their breakfast sandwiches. Better the all the others. Their bacon is always crispy. It doesn't get cold fast. Good.Food: 4/5
their drive way service literally sucks. An employee took our order, repeated it back to us and still did not put half of the items on our receipt. We didn’t even get most the things she did put on the receipt. They were very nonchalant and rude about it.
Burgers are delicious, not a fan of their fries anymore. Staff here aren't the friendliest but the lines always quick.Food: 3/5
I asked for ketchup 2 times and didn't get any. The fry's were over cooked and the biscuit fell apart and the egg was over cooked. A waste of $6
If I would give this a zero Star I would, I went to use the bathroom before ordering my food and had to wait, this person that came out of the bathroom was a worker, I noticed that the bathroom sink was NOT wet, she didn't wash her hands, well long story short, I didn't get any food from thereService: 1/5
I reviewed them 5 years ago, not even close to the same place. I had to wait till 4 cars got their food in the drive thru while I was at the order board. Then was told to hold on ... I had to wait at least 4 more minutes and finally gave up and went inside. What a chaotic mess. 7 people behind the counter tripping over each other trying to do each other's jobs. All except the drive thru and counter!! Ordered 2 salads, and a chili. Asked the fella who handed me the food if everything was inside, like dressing, croutons, crackers.... He said yep. Got home and guess what...? No dressing or crotuons! What a mess and don't even call them, you get the message to try and call back later. Nice! Sad. Was such a nice place once..
