The staff was so helpful, even helping me carry the large order of pizzas to my car! A birthday party full of people were so appreciative, the order was quick, on time, and tasty. Can't ask for more : Parking: Limited spots and awkward location for some spots.
Worst place ever! 3rd time waiting over an hour. Just spent an hour and a half waiting on 3 pizzas. They make sure to charge you right away so you have to wait for a refund too. They actually said they didn't even remember what was ordered. Nothing was offered for the unprofessionally long wait. Not even a sauce. How they are still in business IDK. Don't go here if you are looking for anything "ready". Wish I could give 0 stars.
I ordered online to pickup quick. I had to waited Drive through line to pickup my pizza. Should be quick but took more then 30 mints. No option to cancel the order too.
Ordered at the drive thru and asked what pizzas were already available to purchase. Ordered two of the pizza’s that were already made, but was told I had to wait 5 minutes to get the pizza. Good lord, it took about 20 minutes to get the pizza I ordered that was already made and ready to purchase. When they said it was hot n ready, it definitely wasn’t ready. And they forgot to give me two of the other items I purchased, but definitely wasn’t going to wait any longer.
Ordered online and have been waiting 40 minutes in the drive through. In between taking orders they waited 7/8 minutes to take the next.order. With no one ahead of the person in line. My order was sitting there ready the whole time. When I went to the window serveral employees were just loud and playing around. Not in any rush.
They need to have more employees and stop doing only drive thru for pick up orders. Waiting in line forever to pick up food that's ready in a drive thru line doesn't even make sense. The app says it's ready in 15min but you sit in a drive thru line for an hour waiting to get your food that's just been sitting there. Terrible system. OPEN UP THE INSIDE THE DRIVE THRU LINE DOESNT WORK! No one wants to wait this long for food they ordered in advance and are told is ready.
Wednesday night 7pm…. Drive thru only: okay. I pull up to the menu board and speaker and I wait….. and wait….. and wait. After 5 mins I pull up to window. I see two guys working inside but apparently they weren’t interested in taking my order. So I moved on the dominos 15 mins away.
Ridiculous. Waited at the speaker for 15 minutes. They told me to wait. I asked them if they needed me to come inside instead to no response. Went inside to finally pick up my order and they only made half of it. No apologies or common courtesy. They offered to get my order started but they’d already made me late so I walked out without the food I already paid for.
If I could give 0 stars I would. You wanna complain about racism well.... this is the most disrespectful and racist place I've ever been. If you have dark skin don't worry you'll get your food right away. If you happen to be white though prepare for a 20 minute wait and burnt pizza. It'd ridiculous and don't try to talk to their manager because they can't be reached.
Usually do not leave reviews but we have had nothing but horrible experiences at this location. Service is unreasonably slow. Management is rude and unhelpful. Will not take responsibility for mistakes and one co-owner even said he wouldn't because then they wouldn't make any money. Would rate below a zero if I could. Save yourself the aggrevation and go somewhere else.
