First off I get that a lot of companies are having difficulties hiring people. But if you can't deliver because you don't have enough people and have to rely on door dash then stop offering delivery service. Only offer take out. Ordered my pizza in the afternoon for scheduled delivery time at 5:45pm. I call the store at 6:20pm and they say a driver just picked it up. I finally get my pizza at 6:35 and I am wondering...has my pizza has just been sitting on the counter for over a half hour. I open it up and Yup. Lukewarm pizza. Hard as a rock breadsticks and cinnamon sticks.
waited 2 hours for this. Tried calling the location for a status but they never picked up the call center was not helpful. Not interested in being reached out just pointing out my experience. Also did not get my blue cheese dip....
I ordered pizzas for my kid's birthday party. I placed an order 2 days ago and scheduled it to deliver today, November 19th, at 4.45 pm. Nothing was delivered, and no apology was given. After a solid 10 min wait, someone attended the call and said they thought the delivery time was 7.00 pm. “Order ready” screen not accurate though they did finally get rid of it. Told me it was ready. Wasn’t ready for several more minutes. Location seems under-staffed no surprise with all the hiring issues that many places are having. This location often subs their deliveries out to DoorDash and others due to shortage of drivers. Update: Was just there again; manager got into a loud/lengthy argument with another employee while several customers were waiting in the lobby. Less and less impressed with this location. My 4 minute wait turned into a 40+ minute wait. They seem to have a serious staffing shortage. Manager I won’t give his/her name is very friendly in general, so I was quite surprised by this argument, but it wasn’t my business so I just ignored it as much a I could. Update: maybe they need to increase their wage offering. Often understaffed. I deliver for them occasionally, and wait times are getting longer and longer. One of staff members who happens to often work right behind the front desk sometimes wears pants hanging down below his butt….. I was there yesterday for a delivery, and they didn’t call my order when it was ready - they put it straight into the warmer. I didn’t know it was ready for another few mins. I happened to ask about it again. Otherwise, it would have sat waiting for me, and I for it. I might start ignoring their offers. They’re becoming a pain to deal with. I was advised to email the owners directly in response to my initial review. Never heard back. That was a few weeks ago. Emailed again a couple weeks ago, didn't hear back.
Online order at 5:25 pm, mobile app expected delivery time of 5:55 pm, at 6:15 pm I called the number listed for the store, which is a customer support number and not the number to the store, told the CSR my issue who transferred me to the store. Asked what happened to my order and they hung up on me. 2nd call to the number listed sent me to a looping message that timed out after 10 mins on hold. At 6:45 pm still no pizza so drove to the store. Guy behind the counter said it showed the pizza delivered but it had not. Asked for a refund. He was adamant that it had been made and delivered. I persisted and finally got my refund. Got home and there was the pizza. Checked my front door camera and it was delivered at 6:53 pm. Pizza was dry, cold and there was no dipping sauce. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
Paid 70 dollars to have the wrong two pizzas delivered by door dash. Pizzas were sealed, I don't blame doordash. Called in, and was instantly hung up on: "Carryout or delivery?" "Neither, I'm call--" Couldn't even get a word out. Tried calling two other times and never got through. Still not sure if we were calling a call center or not. Who cares? There's a limit to how much you can empathize with hiring problems and inflation. Charge back is my only recourse, and never shopping here again. Btw, those wrong pizzas... One was undercooked and one was burned. How do you even do that?
Lady at the counter was nice and the order was correct, but when I picked it up another worker came to the counter and was acting physically imposing as I filled out the tip box. I feel this was really inappropriate and like he was trying to intimidate me or something. There was no other reason for him to stand there, over the counter the way he was, staring at me. Would have tipped more but that behavior was just wrong.
Absolutely horrible time. Waited 2 hours for delivery, pizza arrived cold, wrong, and dry as hell. I couldn't get in contact with anyone at the store and their online orders page wasn't working. I wasn't able to cancel my order or anything. Worst pizza but experience ever and I really am considering never ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.
The delivery was fast and driver was nice and cool. But the pizza pepperoni and extra cheese was raw dough and cheese hardly even melted. Ended up having to just eat pieces of the pizza and throw over half of it away. Pizza was half falling apart in the box. Not thrilled about spending 20 bucks on a pizza that wasn’t baked. I Drive semi so can’t just throw it in the oven.
Ordered for delivery. It was delivered by Door dash, which was interesting all in itself. The delivery was incomplete missing items. Called the phone number for the store, got a call center person from seemingly a different country. Call center person tried to relay to the store. Was on hold waiting for the local store to pickup for 5min. Hung up, called again. Got the same call center guy. Relayed again. Waited 5min on hold again. I don't understand how this store exists. Why use call centers from another country? Why use door dash with shoddy delivery? How can you fix order mistakes if we're dealing with third parties for orders and deliveries? Why do you exist? Where's my missing cheesy bread? I want my missing cheesy bread...
