We were heading back to Toronto and like always, we take back pizza, but our regular place we get them from were closed. They actually recommended Calzone Pizza and we couldn’t be happier. Ordered 2 all dressed pizzas and a steak pepperoni sub. Simply superb. Reminded me of pizzas I used to have when I was a kid. Pizza was made with care and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. The service was absolutely great. I called before they opened and told them what I needed and that I needed it fast. They accommodated me and didn’t even bother to take my number or anything. Thank you Calzone. We may have found our new favourite pizza joint on the West Island!!
Visiting home after Covid with the family, there has been lots of hype about this restaurant, I need to be honest I was extremely disappointed, picked up a large all dressed and large vegi substituted my olives for hot peppers ended up paying $52 approx. Excellent environment, clean and well kept. Presentation of the pizza was great but that 1st slice and bite just didn't hit the spot. 1 slice had 1.5 slices of pepperoni, sauce was sweet and cheese was definitely not grade a saputo. All in all tad bit better than your big chain pizza outlets at least all the toppings were fresh. Parking: Free parking and plenty of it
Chicken pizza with the jalapeños by far the best pizza I’ve had in the city - that too, made with just a good old fashioned oven no wood burning oven to my surprise. Somehow, this pizza really stood out so for me, a perfect score! A bit on the pricy side but for my husband and I, it lasts us quite awhile especially if we get the extra large lol…
I ordered a large peperoni and bacon pizza and I asked it to be well done. Man, that pizza is so delicious. Bacon was nice a crispy. It was cook prefect. I am glad I went there to try it.
Calzone is the best place to order in westiland! I got a free Greek salads and yummy pizza
Week-ends shift are horrible i bought a calzon pizza and in the calzon is ham with olives dont order any calzon you won't recive anything you order plus casher is terrible service. Never coming backFood: 1/5
Their calzones are amazing but this is not a quick pickup stop. You need to call to order first. If you just show up, it will take up to 20 mins. Their are often very busy. The Mexican calzone was very good, and the meat lover.
Very disappointed, this is my first experience. everyone told me it was the best place in Montreal. I ordered a veggie pizza and got a burnt pizza, with a too tick non well cooked crust... won’t go back again. If 0 stars was an option I would have used it.
I’ve been coming to this place since they opened in the mid 90s and I worked at the IGA when I was a teenager. This place has never disappointed me. Now I have my gf hooked on their Calzones. Always great tasting. Family run business that’s always friendly. Keep up the good work.
Stopped in while touring Montreal. Small operation, friendly owner/staff. Wide variety of calzone selection, had the aubergine/pepperoni/anchovy calzone. Good portion and tasty, but my heart says skip the aubergine and double anchovy next time. The pizza sauce isn't as spicy or savory as I would prefer subjective, of course but overall I was quite satisfied.
