Horrible my order was taken by this old lady with grey hair very bad attitude . She looks like she hates her job so why don’t you leave ? she takes my ordered but it seems like her hearing is not good maybe get that checked out or clean your ears instead of messing up the quantity of peoples orders and then having them redo the line to re order. horrible
They messed up my order, so I took the time to get back off the highway and come back to have it rectified just to have the employees patronize me and basically make me feel guilty for just asking for what I paid for. Management needs to have his employees trained for proper customer service.Food: 1/5
Most of the staff is very nice but the screeching « AND WHAT ELSE » and rude « ADVANCE » cattle driver that mans the headset most mornings is such a turn off that I’d rather drive out of my way to go somewhere else

Just another Tim. But I have to say the team in this place are quite friendly, especially the young manager , very professional, something we would love to see in every Tim, even though they are working with minimum wage.
There’s not much point having a mobile order option in the app when you have to wait 30 minutes and then order at the counter anyway.
So I usually stop here only once in a blue moon because it's always packed but when I do it's in the 8am through 12: 00am range and today at 10:45 or 10:50 p.m. I pulled up I saw a car in the parking lot I saw a car at the drive-thru so I thought it was open the lights were on everything was on it looked like so I pulled up to the speaker I waited because I saw a car was just there they pulled away when I pulled up so I'm like okay they're going to the window perfect. So I waited I said hello no answer I said hello after another 5 minutes no answer I said are you guys open still no answer but the screens are going nothing is saying that it's closed there's no times no nothing anywhere and then I'm like okay let's just go to the window maybe they're having intercom issues pull up to the window I see no one so I'm like oh maybe they're closed I waited a minute and then I'm like nope they're closed I pull up Google pull up the location on Google maps and I said it was closed so it's a bit frustrating that I had to waste a lot of time say about 15 minutes maybe 10 minutes for a store that's closed because they have no information anywhere on their drive through that I could see when it's pitch black but the screen still going showing everything they have. Maybe when they're shut down their screen should show closed not what they're selling or something like whatever and whenever I do actually go there I always ask for double toasted plain bagel and they never double toasted that's why I rarely go there as well
Whoever takes the order at the drive trough in the morning is NEVER in a good mood and obviously doesn’t like her job. At least the service is fast and the lady at the cash is on a good mood. Would be nice if the girl who answers at the drive trough had a welcoming tone of voice because it’s not fun to deal with negativity at 6:00 am. I might just start driving further to a different Tim Hortons
