Placed an order through their app at 8.30pm. Said pick up at 8.40pm. I was a bit late and got there at 8.59pm. Restaurant door was closed and had to wait in the drive through line. Spoke to the employee at the order screen and even called them to tell them we are in the line up. Reached the window at 9.22pm. We were then told they are starting our order now and it will take 5 minutes. Received the food at 9.38pm. Burger patties were way overcooked. Everything eas cold. Cold fries; cold, tough and oily onion rings. Orange shake lacked flavour and blue raspberry sushi was not iccy enough. Very bad experience. Update: after my review above, I was contacted by Harvey's for more details about my experience and they also offered us 2 free meals. The photos I am attaching to this review are from the free meals that we picked up around 6.15pm on Saturday. The staffs were very professional and we could say that they were not giving us any more special consideration than they were giving to all the other customers. Everybody was therefore getting an equally good customer service. Foodwise, we went with the same meals as the first time, with minor tweaks, to properly compare. As we waited for our order, we received our drinks. I requested extra orange flavour in the smoothie and it was more pleasant than the first one. The proteins beef patties, crispy chicken and chicken nuggets-for the poutine were already cooked and kept warm. The burger patties were then further warmed up to order on the grill and the cheese added on them. Chicken ones were used as is. First thing we noticed when we got our food- the bag was warm indicating that the food was hot inside. As we opened the bag, was nice to have received napkins this time. The burgers travelled well and looked great as we unwrapped them. The beef and chicken patties were nice and not over cooked or dry. The burgers were well constructed and tasted great. The fries were so much better. The onion rings in the burger were softer this time. The new item that we took was the bacon chicken ranch poutine. It was a bit of a mess when opening the box. I would advise to put a bit less fries in the box so that the sauces don't spill out. Also, the chicken nuggets were hard. One of the cooks told another that they only had a few pieces of nuggets left and not enough for the next order and that they were hard. They should have disposed of them immediately and not used them at all. Otherwise, good taste. All in all, much better experience and will definitely try them again someday.
Harvey's never disappoints. I come to this location more often than I should. The angus burgers are really good. Their onion rings always get me. The fried jalapenos are incredibly good. I recently tried the fried pickles - they were definitely good but not as good as I would have thought. They were fresh and super crispy when I got them but the pickle itself wasn't my favorite. Service here is always excellent. They've never messed up my order. Definitely a super team working here. Will continue to indulge irresponsibly. Keep up the great work guys!
Last two experiences here have been abysmal. Two times I order through Uber for pick up, two times I get the notice that it’s ready, hop in my car, walk in to find out they haven’t even started. 20 minutes wait. I get that places are understaffed and perhaps have new staff, but there’s no oversight from the owner or someone Senior. These kids are left to themselves to deal with angry clients. Poorly run business Update: took 35 minutes. Check out photos. Staff placed a box from the back right in the open burger wrappers that will get used for other customers’ meals.
I love Harvey's personally find it as close to a homemade fresh burger as you can get! It's a fast-food joint so expect exactly that. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly. I'd recommend the spicy chicken sandwich it's always amazing. Or the Angus burger.Food: 5/5
This a chain restaurant Harvey and the staff is on it, so the long lines move fast. Harvey's burgers are the best that fastfood has to offer, if you like BBQ burgers. The fries and onion rings are the same. The real downside to this place is the bathrooms. Wow think weird rough truck stop on Trans Canada in the middle of nowhere. Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian burger which is fine. Kid-friendliness: It is fast and no one cares if your kid makes a lot of noise. Parking: Lots of parking but on a busy street so the in and out is a little tough. Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors and the 90-degree angles are tough for wheelchairs but manageable.
Not sure I would be ordering again. I probably only liked the burger my kids ordered. The fries wasn’t bad either. The crispy chicken was too dry. The BBQ wings was too sour for my taste buds couldn’t eat it.
Pickup 2 burgers, Staff really nice but as soon as we got in the car we realized the were not hot. Were they prepared in advance? Still tasty
I went to eat at this Harvey’s Kirkland staff are very friendly great workers the owner so caring cares about her staff the food was delicious and hot l recommend to go here l will always will go back to this Harvey’s !! Vegetarian options: Amazing vegetarian burger ! poutine milkshake!

Good food with a lot options for your burger.From a variety of toppings to sauces,my experience was amazing.The deserts with the chocolate inside was excellent also.Free refills so you will be filled up guaranteed.
