This is a new restaurant and it shows because it's clean! So that's great the staff is super nice. The burgers were pretty decent I got the big box meal and it's quite a bit of food for $15. If you're craving kfc I guess check it out.Food: 3/5
Even though I rarely eat at KFC, I decided to give it a try today. I ordered their famous chicken chicken box for 14$ and it was pretty good. The fried chicken in the burger was tender and crispy on the outside. However, the burger itself is a bit small and I wish it had a bit more vegetables to balance out, like lettuce and tomatoes. Overall though, it is not too bad. For a reasonable price, I get to eat three different kind of fried chicken, fries and a choice of salad.
Saddest bucket of chicken and there was NO flavour. Ordered 10 pieces and besides screw up with the order, the chicken was awful. Haven’t eaten this in awhile, regardless the chicken had no flavour. The fries were cold. They’ve changed the coleslaw recipe no more bright green which was average and a corn salad that tasted “off”. There was also a bucket of mop water on the counter - see pic. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances. I don’t know if all KFC is like this or just this particular store.
Ordered two chicken burgersand and a few other items. The burgers meat was incredibly small, vastly overcooked and tasteless. We received an email ads from KFC today to order this amazing looking burger... and in the app we ordered from they look amazing. Little did we know that the reality would be so deceitful. We would never order there again.
We placed an online order for a 14 piece bucket diner. Was supposed to arrive in 1 hour. It took 2 hours. All the chicken pieces were overcooked and soaked in oil. The skin pealed off. We had to use paper towels to take out some of the oil to make it eatable. Of the 14 pieces, 13 were dark meat with 1 piece of white meat. Very disappointing and in total discuss. will never order KFC online again.
Literally the worst KFC. They always take so long, I'm taking 20 minutes at the drive thru and don't even check in on you they just ignore you! Terrible customer service
This KFC locations food was horrible. The lineup was long so I thought I would get a fresh batch of chicken. I requested for 3 thighs but I received only one and all the pieces of chicken were dry. I got some gravy so that I could counteract the dryness of the chicken, but there were strange black pieces if the gravy. I maybe picking on this KFC location but I think the KFC brands quality has defiantly deteriorated!
I had a TERRIBLE experience with KFC. We WAITED for 3 HOURS for our food and it was COLD when it finally arrived. Despite being PROMISED a REFUND, we NEVER received it. They ONLY offered a SUBSTITUTE, which was UNACCEPTABLE. On top of that, we ORDERED for a BIRTHDAY celebration, which was RUINED by the bad service. I DON'T recommend KFC to anyone. They should TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and IMPROVE their service.
the mega fries size is like a size of a small fries in mcdonalds... they said this is their biggest fries... you better close your cheap store...if you want proof let me know..i will smash this picture and receipt in your face...
Worst most disorganized restaurant I've ever been to. I waited an hour for food just to get the wrong order. Options were take the wrong order, wait 45 mins for the correct food, or get a refund. Absolute joke. Will NEVER go back
