hour and 20 mins we had to wait for 3 meals to be brought out to us . The servers were good but food timing needs serious improvement.

Had a work luncheon. 25 people. My wife and I ordered chicken fingers and a taco salad at 1:00. Nearly everyone else got fed and we finally got our food 53 minutes later. FIFTY-THREE MINUTES!! 
Three people finally cancelled their orders and went to MacDonald's. 
My wife (not part of our work, but knew the person being posted) only had 30 minutes for lunch, so she had to leave and now goes hungry until supper time,  AND I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR HER FOOD! AND, I CAN'T GIVE THIS A ZERO STAR REVIEW, SO IT GETS A 1.
NOT IMPRESSED!

Fireside Restaurant - a bit out dated, but I love that's it's quiet whether we have the kids with us or not. The menu selection is great and changes through the the year.  The service is good and I would go back again and again  for birthdays, anniversaries or just a night out. Would go to the Lakeland any day over the Sawmill and O2's.  (The steaks are a bit thin for our preference, but everything else is Fantastic)!!!
