Cold Lake is lacking in customer service, and yet I have never had anything but great service here. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The food is always good. I will continue to enjoy the food and service. Thank you for your smiles and kind words.

I love the costumer service, very polite and friendly. I find with their food is it lacks "flavour" everything is really plain and it's disappointing! I've tried it twice now and both times the chow mien had no taste or anything else. Also, the location is hidden, small awkward parking lot. I wish the food was better!! I'll try again down the road..

are you open or not? your sign says open at 11 but apparently you dont open till 4. great business sense. we wont be back to find out if the food is even good.
