Overall, it was a awesome experience! The ladies helping us out were super sweet and allowed us to try some of the Arabic ice-cream which we have never tried before! The place has a decent amount of seating and was pretty clean! We got the crepe and it was really good! The price was decent as well! They had a variety of ice cream flavors to choose from. Super friendly staff! Would recommend!

I love this place! The dessert is delicious! It tastes very good. The portion size is large and the price is very fair. The service is very nice and professional. The staff is super friendly they gave us free ice cream and made us feel so welcomed. If you want fancy desserts and a nice place to sit outside this place is very nice.

This is one of the best place ever to visit for desserts! The ice cream flavours are amazing. The taste is stronger than the actual fruit! The arabic flavoured ice cream is authentic and delicious as well. The decor and aesthetic of the place is incredibly nice and filled with positive energy. With kind and enthusiastic staff to top it off, this place should definitely be on your list!

It’s a great place for an evening of ice cream fun. The banana and avocado and pistachio milk shake is to die for. I got a medium but regret not getting a larger size. Place looks authentic Moroccan style very appeal and relaxing how ever washroom could be looked after a bit better wasn’t to the cleanliness I would approve of. Over all I would definitely go back and get the same drink. I forgot to mention lovely lady who made my drink so amazing. Thank you for the great job.

Great experience. The staff was very friendly, and even gave samples of the ice cream to try before we made our choice. The decor is very nice and incorporates very nice middle Eastern aspects. The largest size is enough for two people and at $18, you should be able to split it among two people.

This is a unique ice cream shop with an electrifying atmosphere! It's got quite a funky style and I love it. The staff are all incredibly friendly and love to help you find the perfect ice cream/milkshake. The menu prices for ice cream and milkshakes are a bit high, but I understand that this is a specialty shop serving unique items like Arabic ice cream. I ordered a Queen sized chocolate milkshake. And boy, it was definitely a chocolate milkshake. It was definitely very very sweet, full of different chocolate flavours, and ice cream. It's one of those milkshakes that gives you a sugar rush after a few sips. So I'd recommend letting the staff know your preference for sweetness.The reason I'm giving Pinochi ice cream 4 stars instead of 5 is because the milkshake I had was quite average. If they added different ice cream flavours or changed the overall structure of the milkshake, I could see it being worth the price. Regardless, this place is definitely worth a try! Especially if you've got a sweet tooth.

Nice and clean place. Ambiance and presentation is good, but the taste was not that great. We ordered Nutella fruit saladQueen size and crepe roll. Fruit salad was a little different from its description on the menu. So, if you are very particular about your food then discuss it with the servers before ordering. Texture of the crepe was not that smooth and soft. Portions were bigger than expected and lots of pistachios. Variety of fruits and ice cream flavours to choose from and some nice looking Baklavas.

This tropical vibe is absolutely unique and stunning! It feels like a vacation mood! Everywhere is a photo spot. I ordered the pinochi fruit salad, which contained many fresh fruits, including mango ice cream and crepes, all served in a small bowl. I liked the mango Halal ice cream because it wasn't too sweet and had a special taste. The only issue was that the bowl was too small and full , so I had to move the fruit carefully to the sides so I could eat the ice cream. However, their Arabic ice cream is excellent and yummy, and I will definitely try other flavors again.

I ordered the special fruit salad for take-out. What I got looked completely different than what was shown on the menu and didn’t include the honey, watermelon, passion fruit, chocolate drizzle or Kit-kat. I went back and addressed my concerns to the server, and she said that sometimes they don’t have exotic fruit available, which is what I should’ve been told from the beginning. The manager replaced my order for free, but it was completely different than the original one I got making me question whether they have a standardized special fruit salad. The second one they gave me had dragon fruit, which clearly means they did have exotic fruit. Also, the Arabic ice cream was flavourless and didn’t have that distinct texture and rose water flavour that Arabic ice-cream has. I was really excited to try this place but was left quite disappointed. It definitely wasn’t worth the high price or hype for me. Perhaps other items on the menu are better but I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.

Excellent place to visit and sit. Nice interior. Plenty of Arabic ice cream and shakes are available. I ordered Avacado Express. It was full of pistachio. Good outdoor sitting arrangements. Overall good experience. Also staff is very friendly Overall!
