Menchies Frozen Yogurt

Loved it! Their covid policy is great, they provided us gloves and toppings in a container. Vegan options are amazing pineapple, cherry, watermelon sorbets. Rakshama the person working there *sorry if I mispelled it-* she was a great host and helped us well with our requirements!

Good selection and quality of frozen yogurt. Wide variety of toppings to choose from. Friendly service. The only complaint is the price - could be cheaper.

I loved it! I came here a couple months ago and forgot to post a review. I had never been a frozen yogurt place so I needed some help. There was 1 girl working the counter and she was extremely helpful with everything and addressed us with proper covid policies. As for the yogurt, it was absolutely delicious. They had a good selection of toppings that you can choose from. It's a bit pricey at 10 dollars but it is worth it.

Highly recommend mixing flavours and toppings.

This place was sooooo expensive. We got two cups that were less than half and it amounted to $15. I only had a few spoons before I took this picture. Better off buying a meal or going elsewhere. Service was good though.

Tried their chocolate frozen yogurt with roasted peanuts. It tasted good. I would say its a bit expense but worth a try, maybe once.

I went a few weeks ago and had the worst experience. The sign showed open, when I walked in the person working was annoyed that we had come in so close to closing time and literally told us to just hurry up. I was floored. I have worked in customer service for a good part of my career and something I am very passionate about, this was by far the worst customer service I have ever received and I couldn't bite my tongue and I had to tell the person how disgusting it was to say something like that to a customer. I didn't get anything because I wasn't spending my money somewhere where I would be treated so poorly but my child was excited and wanted something so I still purchased something for them. I am also put off by the fact that they don't accept cash, super poor customer service on this account too. Not to mention that it is extremely over priced for what you are getting. I would never recommend this place to anyone. TO ADDRESS YOUR POOR REPLY - I have one child who is a teenager so your reply is completely inaccurate and there was only one girl working at the time I had come in so I don't know who YOU are but I certainly did not have any interaction with you. You should have your facts straight before you send out reply's. And regardless of the time, I should not have been told to "JUST HURRY UP". Definitely would not recommend supporting your business.

Super big on COVID protocol. Two customers at a time, go through an extensive hygiene process. No samples. Toppings are now preset. Still can’t beat this for a drop-in n’ mench on a self-serve ice treat.

Unfortunately In order to leave a review I had to give them a star, otherwise it would’ve been a zero . Just terrible customer service , especially when I’m paying ridiculous prices for ice cream . The owner should send his employees to a customer service training seminar and take one himself while there .

Very good yogurt, but the price is too expensive now. The topping are stored in a container and because they charge per gram, the container of the topping adds more weight to the price. They ask you to put the topping containers on the scale along with the yogurt, its better if they charged per topping container rather than by weight for the toppings specifically.
