My husband and I worked with Supermoon for our wedding desserts/favours. We’ve loved Supermoon for years and when it came time to select our wedding favours, we submitted a special order to Supermoon. Sami guided us through the ordering process and was extremely helpful and responsive. From letting us choose the cheesecake boxes, to affixing our custom wedding stickers, and adding wedding sprinkles, the experience was seamless and amazing. We received several compliments on the cheesecakes and I’m sure many of our guests will be stopping by in-store! The texture and presentation of the cheesecakes was perfect and made our Japanese cheesecake dreams come true. We would 100% recommend Supermoon; either for your event, or as a nice treat!

I tried the chocolate cheesecake and it was really good! It’s very light, not too sweet and the texture reminds me of a mousse cake.  I like that it’s very light on the sweetness, it’s something different compared to having the regular cheesecakes.  Definitely will be going back to try out the original Japanese cheesecake.

My favorite Japanese cheesecake place,love there chocolate cake and tarts collection. Cakes are not too sweet and have perfect balance of softness and fluffiness. Chocolate cakes gets sold out pretty quick so make sure you call in before you go to the shop.

***Update July 24th 2021***  I went back and I ordered the original and the red velvet. Service is quick and efficient as to be expected now. Kudos to that.  The red velvet was okay, it was lacking on the sour notes that qualify any red velvet variations. I do prefer the original or the strawberry  When they have it  as my favourites for now.  I will report back when I have tried the chocolate and other flavours.  =======================================================  I was in the area today and I decided to drop in pick one up for my wife . I have tried Uncle Tetsu's many times and I have eaten it over in Asia as well.  Truth be told, I was never a fan of the Japanese style of cheesecake. However, I did enjoy this cheesecake. It definitely tastes better than Uncle Tetsu's in my opinion. But to each their own right?  I wanted to pick up a Red Velvet cheesecake, but I was too early. ....arghhhhh !!! So be warned my fellow foodies. You will need to go after 1PM or so when they will have their full assortment available.  I opted for the FOTM  Flavour of the month  which is the strawberry Flair.  The service was very helpful and friendly. The location was clean and spotless. There is plenty of parking in the mall. So this location is very easy to get to and from.  I found the texture most similar to that of my favourite cheesecake from Junior's in New York City. If you have tried a Junior's cheesecake before, then you will know that I really like the layer of soft and velvety sponge cake on the bottom.  The taste is quite good, not overly sweet nor heavy. I really liked the overall texture. It was quite enjoyable....it reminded me of Junior's.  Man, when are the borders opening up...I have to head down to NYC for some good eats !!!  So all in all, I was quite happy and satisfied with the cheesecake here and dare I say that I will definitely return later on to try the Red Velvet and the Chocolate versions.  Before I forget, if you collect 10 "Moons"  The lovely box that the cheesecake is boxed in , then you can get a free cake. So that is nice and generous.  Please give them a try and let us all know what you think.  This is line drive triple into the gap in right field !!!

Cute little shop with pleasing aesthetics. They are super friendly and even gave us a tart on the house! Amazing. The cheesecake is so fluffy and so perfect. I can actually enjoy this soft delicate dessert! Must have especially if you’re from the states!

I'm so happy to have discovered this Japanese cheesecake spot! It's very conveniently located in Streetsville so that alone wins it points.  As for the quality and taste: absolutely love it!  I tried original and chocolate for a direct comparison with Uncle Tetsu's. And I'm so glad I did give this a try! Easily as good if not better than UT's. Super light and moist, it is dangerous! You can easily pack away the entire cake It's so delicate in texture and taste!  The customer service is absolutely superb too! Reached out to them to confirm availability, via Google maps, and received instant reply.  Make sure to collect the top of the cake packages if you are a regular or looking to become one to get a treat after you collect a certain number of them!  Taste 5/5 Quality 5/5 Customer Service 5/5 Packaging 5/5 It actually does close properly unlike UT's packs Location 5/5 Saves me a trip to SQ1 UT  Bubble teas are currently not available due to Covid restrictions but I have hope they will be soon! I am not a big fan of cheesecakes, but this Japanese style cheesecake from supermooncheesecakes It’s toooo good , definitely give it a try it’s very light and fluffy. Also their chocolate cheese tart is my new favourite

When I came into this store, I saw the gorgeous painterly design and layout of the store and thought: this is going to be good. Immediately I was greeted by a friendly worked named Ann, who helped me decide.on what treats to buy. Though a bit expensive, as the pandemic has taken its toll on this dairy centric bakery, the taste of their confectionery is worth a million.  As I popped a bite of a chocolate cheese tart in my mouth, I sighed with the delicious taste overwhelming my senses. Ann chuckled as she saw me visibly relax from the delectable dessert. With a slight taste of chocolate, this custard is filled with delicious, soft yet not mushy, cream cheese that makes it both sweet with a twinge of sourness. I hate anything obnoxiously sweet, and while this was plenty sweety, the slight sour twinge helped it steer into perfect amount of sweetness territory.  These desserts with give you as it's called, a mouthgasm. It is so good, and with spectacular staff behind the counter, the slightly higher price is made worth it. Ann, you made my day! To her boss who I hope is reading this, toss her a promotion! She deserves a promotion for her excellent baking skills.

I like the supermoon storyline and cute wallpainting. Store is clean and roomy. Cheesecake is a bit larger compared to uncle tetsu's bit not as fluffy. May be intentional or they can't make it as fluffy. Taste is ok. Cheese tart is ok as well. We like to warm it up a bit in toaster and it became like warm Brie but funnier and not cheesy enough for me. The crust is good though like the Chinese egg tart crust. They are smaller size compared to Tetsu's. Price 14 for cheese cake and cheese tarts are 4 for 12. It's a good option for customers around the neighborhood. But for that kind of price I would opt for the best Japanese cheesecake in town.

The best Japanese Cheese cake ive tried!! Its my favorite and i definitely recommend going here especially if you like Japanese Cheese cake. I got my friend to try it for the first time and she was geeking over it and had to know where i got it and told me she could eat the whole thing its so good!! And the price is good for how yummy it is!! They know what they doin and the package is so cute and their logo on the top of the cheese cake!!
