Pinestone Resort Conference Centre and Golf Course

We stayed in one of the villas. It was spacious and clean but the furniture and carpets were very dated and also had some stains. But the sheets were clean and beds were comfy. There were no dishes or cutlery in kitchen..but a microwave and coffeemake and 2 mini fridges. There were 2 bathrooms and 2 Jacuzzi tubs so that was nice. The indoor and outdoor pools are nice and we got a decent complimentary breakfast every morning at the restaurant. The golf course is great and u can also use the canoes on the little lake by the highway. Only other complaint was shingles were falling off roof of villa. Overall we had a great stay..they just need to do some redecorating and touch up a few things.

Went there with a friend. Stayed from Mon.-Fri. Everything was excellent ! It was peaceful and quiet. Only about 5-10 mins to town. A beautiful park nearby with lots of restaurants and cute little shops nearby. The rooms were very clean and beds were so comfortable. Indoor pool and outdoor pool was amazing. Food was very tasty at the restaurant. The staff were very helpful. Will definitely go again. Thank You for a wonderful holiday.

Stayed at the hotel when I was a kid and recently went back as an adult for a girls night. We rented a little villa/cabin, very cute, spacious but a little dated. Carpet and chairs were stained, we also lost water for about 3 hours off and on. The hotel it's self and staff are nice (most of them), but again hotel is dated and could use some upgrading. Resturant had good food and service. Not much to do there unless you're golfing, spa was not open during the week. Overall, if you're looking to get away up north in something a bit bigger/more spacious then a hotel room, this is a great option. Brought back some great memories, very nostalgic!

Outdated unfortunately - rooms are stuck in the beige 80s. Amenities in room were sparse, we had to ask for more towels. No bar fridge, furniture was old and lacked modern day outlets. We expected more knowing how great Pinestone was in the past. Stone 21 restaurant was understaffed and not attentive. Food quality was poor for breakfast, food had been sitting out for some time (dry). Recommend you drive into Haliburton.

Very nice resort on its own little lake. Pleasant, helpful staff. Excellent indoor AND outdoor pools. Sauna. No hot tub (please build one!). Laid-back pub style restaurant on site with good honest food. Some indoor sitting areas (which could be improved upon). Standard rooms, some with balconies overlooking the lake that include Muskoka chairs. With the addition of a hot tub and cozy indoor sitting areas, this could easily be a 4-season resort!
