We were at the New Years dinner. The food was good however. We will not come back next year. 1. The dinner was poorly organized. We were the only ones served the first course. In fact 20 minutes went by and know one else in our area were served. Then we got our second course while no orher table even had there first. It was embarrassing as everyone should have been served the courses together. 2. The seating was poorly organized. We were a table of two. And the way it was set up was only one of us could see the entertainment and dance floor. 3. Coffee not served. After our meal I asked about coffee. I was told I had go and get our own in the hallway. I’m paying $80 a plate and you expect us to go and get our coffee ? 4 we were told later there a table set in case we were hungry after dinner. It was cold pizza. 5. Champagne was not served at our table. It was announced 5 minutes prior to New Years to go get our own in the hallway. As everyone lined up . The champagne was not ready . We had to wait while it was being poured. As far as we are concerned the event was poorly organized. You have embarrassed yourselves and any member that went . Just thought you should know . The we will never go back.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They helped us plan a surprise for an engagement proposal! The resort itself is nice as well with lots of fireplaces and holiday decorations throughout the common areas. Our room had a jacuzzi, TV with DVD player, fireplace, very comfy bed, and a mini-fridge. Note: the hallway to the rooms are not sealed/heated so you get a shock of colder air when entering/exiting your room.

Love the cabin. Staff good. Quiet and relaxing. Brought our medium sized dog as this is listed as a dog friendly resort. We always scoop but there are actually no waste bins in the resort. We walked the whole resort from lake and up and could only put into the garage bin on the tee off by the cabin. Maintenance guy complained to me this morning saying his guys put their hands into the waste bins. I explained that there are no bins on the resort so he said to just put the bag on the ground which I wud not feel right about. A few garbage bins on a pet friendly resort is necessary. Dinner was very good.

WOW...a great hidden secret. I would have loved to stay longer. We were there for a wedding. Restful and quaint. We will be back♡

Amazing resort. Went there to prep for a friend's wedding and the amenities were plentiful; the other groomsmen spent two nights there and loved their stay. We had full access to the kitchen and main foyer during our stay. Eganridge lies right beside a golf club and is a great location for those golfers wanting to spend the night. Enjoy!
