We’ve needed help a few times since moving up to Haliburton 6 years ago and highly recommend The Pump Shop! From a replacement UV purification and filter system, to an emergency “no water” situation when the ice pack took away our submersible pump, this company has always been there to save us in a timely and professional way and with competitive prices....Many thanks!

Went in to ask a few questions about getting water access to a potential cottage build. Wade was super helpful, with providing me with all possible options, the possible costs that could be part of getting water from the lake. Would put me trust in The Pump Shop for my future needs.

Once again The Pump Shop surpassed our expectations. We had a lake water pump malfunction. Andy was easy to communicate with which helped in isolating the problem. A tech came to the cottage within hours and fixed it in less than an hour. Thank you!!

Last minute service on the Saturday of a long weekend... I can't tell you how much I appreciate the prompt friendly service. The servicemen who came were excellent, neat, tidy and extremely friendly. The staff at the office were great too! Pulling a well pump in the rain is no fun... but the servicemen did it with a smile. Huge thanks from all of us!

Had an issue with my jet pump and no water in our home. I visited The Pump Shop where I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Both Dan and Jessie walked me through a possible fix. The next step was to bring it in and let the pros do what they no best. Knowing I didn’t have water they had it repaired in a mater of hours. I recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
