the place has bed bugs, cochroaches and carpet beetles. the carpets are too old. vents are never cleaned.
There is a pest in these apartments. Since, we moved in pest was our issue. If you can't stand with pest then save your time, energy, and money.
I have been here 5 months now. So far so good. Nice place and the rent is affordable.
Lived there for a year and while the ladies at the rental office are nice and easy to deal with, some of the neighbours are less than desirable. The building at do have pest control issues cockroaches and in some units, bed bugs as well. The one good thing about this company is they do not have pet restrictions on breed or size.

worse service ever felt like they didn't want to assist me awfull
