If I had known that this was a noisy neighborhood I would never have moved in here. There is a fire station right around the corner. Sirens 24/7. EMS and the police don't help any. Motorcycles and drag racing is commonplace
Haven't had my mail in 2 weeks, horrible management has no clue what to do about it
you really cant go wrong for 850 a month on a 6 month lease... actual apartment is nice inside, the elevators just arent cleaned regularly... as a young single person its not bad at all.
Very disappointed... we have a viewing yesterday at 6pm and nobody showed up. My friend talked to steve to have a viewing and he said it was okay after office hours. But we just wait for nothing under a very hot weather.
Good location and reasonable rent. But we moved out due to noise.
NO MAIL! Horrible management
Be warned. This place is the mecca for thieves. Constant vehicle break-ins in their locked parkades. The management got rid of the onsite security years ago and they don't care what happens to you as long as they get their rent money.
