I’ve seen this name in China before. Though the menu is completely different. The cakes are ok with the classic Asian sponge cake and whipping cream method. Saint Germaine is better in terms of small pastry because it is more fresh and more variety. In terms of cakes, TNT is better, they make it more fresh.

For the well-established chain of mid-range bakeries, this location has consistently provided various fresh Chinese / Hong Kong style baked, fried and steamed goods. From the quick everyday fare of buns and cakes to special occasion cakes to order and seasonal specialty products for CNY and mid-autumn festival, etc., quality and good value is reflected. Pretty standard set of buns and cakes that you can purchase and order. This store looks very messy and disorganized. Buns are not behind the counter, making this place seem less like the original baker of their products. They still taste alright, and for the market, they're the best one there on crystal mall. Others are better around town.

Pine house have tart Portuguese ,egg tart,sausage bun,cream bun with different filling ..vanilla,strawberry,orange..Asian fire long John ..strip fried bread .salty taste,sweet taste,no flavor ..you add your own...birthday cake ..ice cream cake...variety..pork bun ,chicken meat ,beef meat bun...many others...

Asian style bakery. Taste good, and reasonable price. The atmosphere is a little bit crowded but the seller is friendly.

One of the best Hong Kong style bakery in Vancouver! I love their cocktail buns and BBQ pork buns!

Personally, I enjoy their sausage and cheese, bun. It was too good that it took my 1 star and turned it to a 5 star!
