We love this place. We wanted to come here long time ago and this is it! I love the durian. Lots of people hate the smell but it tastes good. So those who hate the smell this dessert has only a very small spoon full so you can try what it tastes like without the horrible smell lots of people hate. Hot tea tasted good and it did not over power the sweets we were eating. It complemented it. I got Peach tea and it was lovely. Tiramisu crepe cake is good but it's so expensive! We were talking about how much staff need to cook this to get the consistency of each crepe layer and the filling. It does feel flat just coming from just knowing and love what a tiramisu cake is but i still like the taste. it depends on the person if they like it or were they looking for a cake mousse dessert but it's not. We will be coming back here even if it's expensive! And i'll update my review.

Love their crepe cakes and they sell fast, so you need to order right away if you know what flavour you want. I also like their hot ginger milk tea, especially on a cold winter night, it’s not on the menu though.

I visited Sugar Lab Pancake House today and tried their tiramisu mille crepe cake and mango pancake. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and left me feeling satisfied and happy. The tiramisu mille crepe cake was especially impressive with its layers of delicate crepes and rich mascarpone cream. The mango pancake was also a standout dish, with a fluffy texture and a perfect balance of sweetness. Overall, I highly recommend Sugar Lab Pancake House for anyone looking for a delicious dessert spot. The food is top-notch and definitely worth the price. Plus, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make for a great dining experience.

We had the tiramisu crepe cake and durian pancake. Very tasty!!! The durian pancake is filled with actual durian with creme so the durian taste was just enough. 100% would recommend!

I rarely complain about my experience dining in Vancouver but after thinking about it for a while, I feel like my encounter is just something that has to be said. My friend and I came here in the evening and we were aware that some of the flavors of the crepes were limited so we wanted to order ASAP but nobody took our order for a while. We noticed somebody's order was taken first even though they came after us they ordered something to-go, not dine-in and we overheard them ordering a tiramisu crepe cake. After a while, our orders were taken and I ordered a tiramisu crepe cake as well while my friend wanted to try something new. The server didn't say anything about tiramisu being out of stock so I trusted them to bring me my order. Eventually my friend got his crepe cake and at the same time the server informed me after us having to wait for some time that they are out of tiramisu flavor so in my mind all that waiting is gone to waste. I'm usually a pretty understanding customer but the disrespect for my time as well as lack of effort for trying to make up for their mistake is quite a significant blunder in my opinion. It's not like the place is packed or anything either, so that can't be the excuse. Overall, the quality of the crepe cakes is pretty good even though it is quite pricy here but I've never encountered such a complete mismanagement of the situation like I did in Sugar Lab so be warned!

The durian layer crepe was so yummy, real durian meat with detail. Also the Mango crepe filling with thick mango meat and whipping cream covered with thin crepe sheet, so delicious. Mango milk shake tasted fresh and smooth. Definitely we will go again.

Wow the pistachio crepe cake is unbelievably fresh and delicious! Also loved the cozy experience of fruit tea warmed over a candle.

My wife and I had an incredible time here, the staff are super super friendly and the treats are the best I ever had! The crepe cake was moist and flavourful, we really enjoyed the hot fruit tea too. Absolutely delicious!

Not bad, but pretty pricey... Didn't get to try the cake because we went near closing time and they didn't have the one we wanted anymore. Drinks wise, very average in taste, high in price. Service was friendly.

We went here with a group of friends the other day. The restaurant was well lit m and nicely decorated. The desserts were a tad expensive for what they are but worth it. I had the Oreo pudding which was very light and not too sweet, I also tried the hot tofu pudding which was also not too sweet. They also the common durian and mango pancake which was delicious and very light. They take cards which is a bonus as some places are cash only. Would come back again!
