This was the best haircut I have ever received, first they washed my hair luxuriously with shampoo and conditioner, then they detailed asked me about the haircut and kept asking throughout, this resulted in the best haircut I have ever had, the Kevin Murphy free hold cream is amazing and smells amazing, the price is definitely worth it. This place is best for men and women haircuts, Rate 10 of 5 stars :) (Ask for Nadia, she does the best )

Went there for the first time to get a balayage, wanted very dark roots and a very light blonde at the bottom, instead I basically got honey tinge highlights all the way to my roots and dark undertone on the inside near my neck... and got charged for two toners on top of that. I also had to wait an extra 30 minutes after just to get my hair blow dried cuz my stylist was rebooked, and I wasn’t about to go out in -24 degree weather with wet hair. All to say they did not give me what I had asked for and charged me 270$ after being quoted 186$. Their manager didn’t get back to me in a timely fashion either and refused to give me any sort of refund. Would not recommend this place to anyone and they clearly up sell, many better places and for much better prices!!!

I'm definitely not returning and won't recommend this place to anyone I know. I've reached out to management to address my concerns but they won't, so I'm sharing my experiences in order that other salon newbies know what to expect. Firstly, get an exact price quote with your consultation. My services ended up costing over twice what I had expected to pay (and I had already expected to pay a lot more due to my thick, shoulder length hair) because apparently it included a ton of services I never asked for or wanted but that are just a "necessary part" of the process. Then why aren't they included in the price from the start? As a new client, it would have been nice to have this explained to me. Secondly, allow for ample time. I was told my appointment would be 3 hours long so I arranged a dinner with friends for 5 hours. I ended up being very late because the stylist took a full 5 hours and never once told me of the time, explained the delay, or offered to complete the service in two parts - despite the fact I'd been saying all along I had other plans that day. Thirdly, the service I received isn't even close to what I wanted. There are plenty of better salons in town, go to one of those instead.
