Pho Soho

Have had food here several times. Very pleasant interior and clean. Food quality is good. The only improvement could be made on paying more attention to the customers special requests. I understand it can be pain in the neck but it is important to pay attention due to the allergies or simple food preferences. Had my order done wrong multiple times and noticed staff doesn't write things down which causes them/chef to forget special request. They were however apologetic and made it right with no questions asked.

First of all i would definitely come back again, while i came on my own this time i would likely bring my friends in the future. Atmosphere's nicer than your standard pho restaurant, and the friendly staff helps contribute to this. I got the welldone briskets and meatballs with pho like i do at every Vietnamese restaurant. The large i got is smaller than the large i'm normally used to, but i'm not putting this below because it is neither a good or bad thing, but just helps people with what size they should order. Pros: - Pho noodles are a lot firmer than most other places i've tried, some places it's like eating a bowl of mush. - Soup is very light, feels like it's low on sodium and msg, which is very nice change of pace in these restaurants. - Hotsauce, while mild, has a nice tangy flavor, personally would prefer a little spicier, but i think more people would appreciate this instead. -Bathroom is very clean, this was very impressive for me. Con: the meatballs were a little flavorless and soft for my liking, not sure if others will like it more than me, but i prefer them to be a little firmer. Note: sorry i took pictures after i ate a little already.

Great food at amazing prices. The portions leave you full and satisfied. This is definitely one of my new go to Vietnamese restaurants in the neighborhood!

Probably would have given 4 out of 5 but it’s on the pricey side for Vietnamese food. Ordered small pho tai. Standard bean sprouts with lemongrass and basil accouterments. Insulted that I needed a fork. Food was pretty tasty. Still need to try their bun. Interior is clean; service seems a little rough & weird; probably because it’s a new establishment.

Clean. Pad Thai was really good - had a little spice to it which made it extra yummy. The egg noodle soup is great as well. Decent prices and good value for money. Good service. Will definitely come back and try some other things on the menu!

Highly recommend if you're looking for delicious authentic Vietnamese food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and clean. The staff are accommodating and make you feel right at home. Great for both lunch and dinner as they have an extensive menu with reasonable prices.

I grew up in this area and had been going for years to Wing Sun. Today was my first day trying out Pho Soho. The renovations look amazing! The attention to detail is very good. Food and service were top notch! Well done and thank you!

AWESOME AUTHENTIC VIETNAMESE CUISINE-GREAT STAFF-NICE VENUE

I’ve been in here often and every time I come in the customer service is not ideal for a nice looking restaurant like this one. The place is gorgeous but what makes a place is it’s people and environment. My last visit and definitely the last time I’m going there, Friday, January 3rd, 2020 which stated they close at 10pm. It was around 8:45pm... we come in, we sit down, we get our menus, and by the time he’s going to “take our order” he says I’m sorry we are now closed. Why would you let us come in, sit down, give us menus and time to choose what we want if you are going to tell us that you are closed? Now, he said they will let us eat but they will now close at 9:30pm. By 9:13pm, Music was shut down the cook had his jacket on and was starring at us. Obviously you would feel pressured to leave. I asked for a to go container for my pho which was almost full, he gives me a container, sees me having a lot of trouble pouring it because the bowl is so big, looks at me and goes back to the front. I was not going to ask for help but the appropriate move was for him to take the bowl to the kitchen and do it there since I was going to make an unnecessary mess which I completely avoided so at 9:30pm on the dot we were out the door. And will never come back. This is not to give you guys a bad review, this is a learning experience for your staff letting them know we are also human and should be treated as such. Thank you for your time and I’m sorry it had to end this way, we were regulars.
