Pho Hoa Fusion Noodle House

We had 5 adults and 2 children and ordered 5-color vermicelli bowl and a chicken fried rice. Horrible, food is definitely not fresh and felt like they've put them in the fridge for a few days and just microwaved them before serving us. Chicken fried rice is like $20 but the chicken was tasteless, not to mentioned the size is like ridiculously small I guess that's a good thing since the dish tastes so bad?. I love Vietnamese food but definitely won't go back to this one ever again. I don't know where all the good reviews come from, they are either fake or the chef must've gotten replaced recently.

I love this restaurant and I'm a regular. The staff are very friendly. But this is the 6th time I order vermicelli dish without any fish sauce. I have to keep eating dry vermicelli for dinner. Normally, it comes with the red spicy sauce and a fish sauce. I always made it clear to the waitress that I don't eat spicy, and I would like to replace the spicy sauce with hoisin sauce. I have to repeat it several times that not to replace the fish sauce with hoisin sauce. I want fish sauce and hoisin sauce for my dish. And yet, for the sixth time I order a take out, I still get served with a spicy red sauce I didn't want and hoisin sauce. Where's my fish sauce? Lol I'm done! Maybe one day when I go back to this restaurant, I'll change my review back to 5 if they don't make me it vermicelli dish like dry noodles.

We have tried every pho place in North Edmonton, and this place has the BEST pho hands down. Their satay broth is the perfect blend of savory, nutty and spicy. If you like pho or Asian soups in general, this place is a must-try. The staff here are also wonderful people with great customer service! :Food: 5/5

Ordered salad roll and wonton soup. Wonton soup is ok. The salad roll is bad. I came cause i am craving it. Every pho place i order salad roll and it is always good and fresh. Here, the pork is sour and hard. Really stale tasting. I will make sure to share the good salad rolls next time from another place. I get so excited to eat them i forget to take pictures. Prices are too high to be serving this bad food.

Very friendly staff and food always fresh. They always remember me immediately. Never had a bad tasting dish here. Prices are a little higher , but who can blame then with the inflation we are experiencingFood: 5/5

I stumbled across this place because Pho Hoan Pasteur was closed. It surprised me by how great the soup was! I had the satay beef and my pops had the Bun Bo Hue. Would definitely come back here in the future. Staff is REALLY friendly and nice. Smiles a lot. Maybe too much...

I would call this a hidden gem! It is much quieter than the nearby Pho Hoan Pasteur. Their satay vermicilli bowls are absolutely amazing! Update Nov2022: What once was 5 stars is now downgraded to 3 stars. The value is not there anymore when half my take-out box is full of beanspouts. Sorry, when I pay $22 for my 5 color vermecilli....I would like a tad bit more noodles and some lettuce. The owner is also quite rude when you make a complaint.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and we'll prepared. So many good things on the menu. I would recommend the grilled chicken combo like I had in picture I posted. Sticky rice was very sticky and super tasty.
