Mai Vietamese Fusion

Had lunch from here. Ambience is good, staff are super good people, how you like food is totally depends on your taste buds. Felt some authenticity on their food. Noodles were super delicious while the fried chicken was a little bland for me. But I wouldn't demand more than the authentic taste. Overall it was a really good experience. Not too pricey at all.

Very cool little place to have dinner with family and friends. Very delicious Vietnamese food. The atmosphere is very nice on Bourbon Street @ West Edmonton Mall! The price is very fair. Nice decor too! I would certainty recommend this place to family and friends.

Decent food, friendly service but a little pricey for such a poorly maintained yet relatively new restaurant. Gas station grade washrooms with broken dispensers, and inventory stored in customer areas like hallways really cheapens the experience.

I am very disappointed & dissatisfied with my experience at Mai Vietnamese Fusion. We came around 6:00pm and got seated right away, it was my first time here so I didn’t know what to order. Every 30 seconds no exaggeration a waitress would ask if I’m ready to order… which I found very rude & impatient. I told them “few more minutes please”, each time.. We ordered the sate soup, it’s spice level would be a 3/5 and was tasty. The pad Thai was delicious BUT I only had 3 pieces of tofu in it and some chicken was dry… Lastly the shrimp salad rolls came out with our meal and tasted mid. The scenery and restaurant was very beautiful & a work of art so points to that ! Overall nothing really special. Wouldn’t return & the staff needs much improving.

Great value for your money order a large Pho Ga and can honestly say it was loaded with fresh roasted chicken meat. The staff are very courteous and friendly. Cam On…..Thank You.

Food were tasty and big portion too. Staff were nice and the place is clean and seated comfortably.

The food was great! The customer service was alright. The glasses were kind of dirty with old finger prints on them. Not too bad of a place to go for pho. They really just need to give the cutlery and glasses a good wipe down it will be even better.Food: 5/5

Not terrible. Not great. Given the location of this restaurant, I would have expected better. The service is suitable enough, but not overwhelmingly great. The decor is nice and the atmosphere is decent. The food, however, was not phenomenal or anything to write home about. Mediocre overall. No need to avoid this restaurant, simply adjust your expectations. Hopefully they produce better results in busier times.

Great atmosphere and pretty good service. When stumped on what to get our waiter was glad to help us. The food on the other hand was quite poor. I found the food to be bland and most likely pre-made with the speed at which it came out. The main issue I had was with the salad rolls. They came out crunchy and the lettuce was not crisp and fresh. Would try again if food improved.

The food was good and for a small, it was quite large for me that i almost couldn’t finish the food. They weren’t shy with the amount of food that they give. The drinks were ok.
