Worst food ever asked for Buffalo chicken and it arrived cold, bun was stale, and no Buffalo sauce. Chicken was dry and barly there. It was awful. The three cheese melt chicken is in the garbage. Onion Rings were good, however ice cold like the rest of the meal.
All food is fresh hot and delicious. Our go to item was not on Uber eats so I called them to ask if maybe it was under a different name whoever answered the phone was so pleasant and made sure we got exactly what we wanted delivered. Customer service is 5+ Vegetarian options: The best vegetarian items...I think they use impossible items.
Called the resteraunt to order a pick up. Was told they are not open to the public, and I had to get delivery. Ordered delivery, driver delivered the wrong order. When I returned the wrong order, driver said it was the resteraunts mistake, I have to call them Reteraunt said it was the driver who took the wrong order, my order was left behind. That they wouldn't deliver the food OR allow me to come pick it up. They were happy to keep my money though. Hard Pass if you want to get food out of these people.
I have ordered from this location three times and I have dined in once and the employees are either rude, don’t follow my order or miss items. Terrible location; I have been ordering the same sandwich for 3 years but I moved near this location and they disappoint me every time. They don’t want to resolve any issues. Never buying food here again. If I could I would give 0 stars
Good food, huge portions. The poutine is some of the best I've had, and the wait times are pretty good. The only problem I have is that it's a little pricey.
Nice location complimented by friendly service. I ordered a medium poutine and it was ready shortly after. The serving was huge and the food tasted excellent! I recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
I ordered using Uber and requested a scheduled delivery. The order arrived on time but the food was not worth the time or money. The poutine arrived cold - stone cold. The club wrap had a ton of lettuce, barely any chicken or bacon, and no tomatoes. Also, when I took the wrap out of the bag it was so poorly wrapped - the entire sandwich unfolded. The Diet Coke that completed the combo was flat. This was my first and last time ordering from this Whitby location. When I called the restaurant the person who answered didn’t even greet my call professionally. It was simply, “hello!” I thought I had misdialed. All around unprofessional and should not be in business. Don’t waste your money.
It should be a crime to make poutine this bad. Ordered from UberEATS and this is how my food arrived. Extremely poor packaging. My bottle of Sprite was just tossed on top of this. The cheese curds were cold and nowhere near melted since there was hardly a single drop of gravy on the entire thing. I see pictures of delicious poutine and I can assure you that is not what you will get from this place. The pulled pork was just some dried up pork on a hotdog bun with hardly any sauce even though I politely asked for lots of sauce. All in all it was an extremely dry meal. I ended up just putting ketchup and salt on the fries because this doesn’t deserve to be called a poutine. If they ran out of gravy or something then at least contact your customer and let them know don’t send a box of fries with some half frozen curds on top. Can’t believe I just spent $20 on such a poor excuse of a meal. Never again.
I love eating here, food is so amazing, just don’t expect to look good well eating it. Only problem is the price, I can eat a lot so the philthy size is what I get, usually the big Texan or the pulled pork. Come to around 20 bucks but it’s worth the treat every week!
Customer service was very good, portion size is very good, taste was great, but could use fresher veggies for Philly's and better gravy as it seemed watery, but still tasted good! Would come back again! 10/10 recommend
