Chicago Deli Express

Loved this place, I talked to the owners and they are lovely people who made make experience so great!! Definitely a hidden gem and should get more recognition that what they are currently getting, I would recommend the Chicago white six sandwich and the chicken Parmesan sandwich as well. Highly recommend this place !!!

Have been coming back to this place time and time again because they make the best sandwiches in Whitby. You can tell the freshness of the ingredients without fail, and the bread is perfectly crunchy with or without being toasted with garlic butter. Not much pricier than your average meal at any of the chain restaurants but the difference in both quality and quantity is insane. Have been recommending this place any chance I get.

Sandwiches are a good size for this price. Definitely one of my favourite lunch spots! Had the salmon salad sandwich, which had a very good amount of salmon.Food: 5/5

Stopped here today for lunch break after reading other reviews and I am thoroughly impressed. Tried the Porcetta with fried onions and peppers on a garlic butter toasted bun and it exceeded expectations. I usually eat on the cheap but I didn't let the cost deter me today, the portion is more than generous enough to justify the cost. The pork fills the bun, it practically pours out as you eat it, it's not skimpy like chain sub restaurants. I'm not much of a food reviewer but I just had to lend my voice to the praise, I'll be returning for sure!

Visiting the area and found this little gem by accident last week. I had the double assorted sub and it’s up there as one of the top subs I’ve ever had. Loaded with high quality meats and cheeses, and the fresh bread was awesome. I made a return trip today and again was not disappointed. Great food and service!

One of the best meatball sandwiches I've had in a long time! You definitely need to try this place!

Work at a Dealership nearby and come every week and The Sandwiches are amazing and the Owner actually cares that your happy!! If your looking for good service and Great food this is the place to be!! Oh and now sometime on Saturdays we all get it for lunch which can be 12 sandwiches and we never have to wait, it's ready for pick-up.

A hidden gem in Whitby! Headed over here because of a suggestion on FB and we were not disappointed! They say go big or go home at Chicago Deli Express, so naturally I ordered the jumbo. This sub can easily feed 3 adults for $17. The ingredients were fresh, sauces tasty and all stuffed in a very nice sub roll. The staff was friendly and there was so many other items on the menu we’d like to try. We will be a return customer and we love supporting a family owned businesses.

Excellent value and quality. Had the large meatball and double assorted subs. Could only eat half of one as they were so filling and delicious. Will be returning for more!

Today I had Chicago Deli Express for the first time and I had the Chicago Bull sandwich steak and cheese. The steak was amazing, had some great flavours. The toasted Italian bun was incredible as it was covered in garlic butter. If you haven't tried them yet, I would highly recommend that you do!
