Sunday evening i ordered 3 large subs by phone for pick up for our family. The meatballs in my sub were burnt black on the bottoms and were hard. Very disappointed!! I think the kids working there don't care that this was someone's dinner. Why would they even put burnt meatballs in the sandwich. Did they not stir the pot all day!! What a waste of my hard earned money!! Kids are cheap to hire...but these guys really dropped the ball this time!!
ordered two combos the Lg steamer and Lg Brisket combos. the steamer was returned twice due to extremly tough meat. I told staff and they replaced the first one and then the second one was the same. I notified them regarding the second sandwich but they couldn't be bothered they where too busy on their cell phones to care. Will never go back. I was a regular customer of firehouse subs but due to the customer service and poor quality of meat I will never be back
Very poor customer service. Tried ordering online for pick up but couldn’t sign up to set up an account. So decided to call and phone went unanswered every single time ending in a fax like tone. Double checked phonenumber and kept calling. No answer. Instead drove next door to the Japanese restaurant Ippon and had the most amazing Chashu Don rice bowl, tender braised pork over Japanese white rice with mayo like sauce drizzled on top. Made me forget all about Firehouse lol
I had Italian something sub. It was off-the-chart good. Cookie was not as fresh as subway or tim hortons but sandwich was awsome. The ambience was also so good. Staff was so friendly.
I just picked up an order which was placed on phone. When I arrived order almost ready. Fast and friendly service by staffs was there. Appreciate your time! I didn't ask their names but pick up time 14:56 today. Keep up the good work. Thank you!!
Subs are Great but Expensive. The staff has always been friendly and made my order correctly. My favorite is still the Brisket. Like all others in the chain the local photos are great you should check them out. The price is still high when you compare other subs, but they do come through with a better sub.
It was okay but I specifically asked for only Italian dressing on it not the sauce that comes with it. They put mayo and Italian on it and I do not believe in food waste so I forced myself to eat it and it was unenjoyable. I visited Friday May 6th
Great staff! Delicious subs! Spicy hot sauces! Clean washrooms. Best sub place to just sit down and have a nice sub!
This is a local sub place, with a bit more options than other sub sandwich chains. Staff were friendly and parking was plentiful. This place is easily accessible by walking or bicycling, as there is an MUP Multi Use Path right out front on both Garden Street and Taunton Road. Plus the plaza has active transportation crossings etc. The food was tasty and they provided many options, including a vegan variation for my wife. Dietary restrictions: They easily supported a vegan option for my spouse.
