The best experience, most helpful staff whilst looking piece of jewellery following wife's broken hand, a replacement wedding band were they helped select wife's replacement wedding ring. Displayed in shop surrounded by hundreds of other designs all dazzling you at the same time, it can be hard to pick out the right thing. But we was helped out not only sized and prices, but also when trading in jewellery. But also helping us on a repair of gents bracelet. The whole Cher bang. The whole process was so relaxing and you’re presented selection of pieces tailored to our budget. We will be back and would say do try this family jewellers. Thank you

I was visiting Cleveleys this weekend and went in to buy a chain the 2 ladies in the shop were so helpful nothing was too.much trouble. They transferred all the little bits from.my old broken chain onto my new one for me which they did not have to do .fantastic service will defo recommend

I have spent ages trying to find a jeweller who could engrave a disc on my necklace and eventually asked facebook and was recommended phillips i couldn't be happier service was fantastic with ideas given to me on fonts etc and the price was amazing would highly recommend them to anyone thank you
