Fine Touch Jewelers

Bought a bracelet from here and had the letters C and K put on. No problems until I had to get the C repaired when I got it caught on something and it bent and two of the stones fell out. I asked if I could just replace the C and they said they would have to order one. They charged me $30 no problems. When I got the bracelet back the C was still the old one, still bent, and they had shoved some other stones in it. They sauntered the stones back in??????? I'm not paying for something already damaged..... HINT HINT they sell the same stuff at Kavars in Limeridge mall.....plus better service. I'd rather pay $50 for something that can be replaced and not just lied to.... poor customer service.

I have been returning to the shop for years and they do excellently in stocking high-end items. Their expertise is unlike anywhere I have found in Hamilton. If you are a person who values their prize possessions, meaning watches and jewelery, do them a justice, visit and see for yourself. If you are someone who wars a disposable, ten-Dollar-tickers, this is not the place for you.

Just had a necklace from Tiffany's repaired here and they did a seamless job! I couldn't tell where the repair was made on the chain and I was in and out in 20 minutes... I couldn't be more pleased! I've been gong here for years to fix watches and jewelry and I will continue to go for many more years to come. Thank you for you fantastic service!
