I went to a few places around the city that said they couldn’t get a battery replacement for my discontinued watch I know, weird. They usually looked at it funny for a few minutes and just handed it back to me. Obviously I’m not gonna question them, I just wear watches. Roberta explained to me that my watch is XL difficult to open, so most people likely didn’t bother. Not only did she get it open and replaced the battery in about 15 minutes, but she was ready to ship it off to someone to get it open if she couldn’t. Roberta was the friendliest, and most professional person I saw about my watch, with an unreal price and easy service. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this place to anyone.

Wonderful jeweler/ owner and family. Sincere help to solve any jewelery problems or replace battery in watch and pretty bracelets and charms etc for sale as well. Prices very reasonable. Highly recommend this shop.

Arrived for a watch battery replacement and the helpful staff had my watch opened up, battery replaced and on my way in 5 minutes. Very pleased with the service. I was looking to repair my favorite Citizen Eco Drive watch that was about 13 yrs old.  The watch band pin was one that not a standard one.  I took the watch to many different places and they all said send it to Citizen   I found this little place on Google maps and the owner was super helpful.  She had her watch maker make a custom pin that fit perfectly.  I will be coming back for all my watch and timepiece needs in the future.
